"I just had ours redone." Aurora gestured vaguely toward one wing of the house as she picked at her breakfast. Of course, to mark the occasion of the newly redone cinema in their home, she'd brought some of her finer works in progress out of storage. "I think that I might be able to finish that adaptation of Agrippina with only minimal additional shots. Perhaps we can christen the refinished room with a grand screening?"

"How do you feel about Tristan de Martel?"

"Well, currently I'm feeling very satisfied." A slow smile crept across Aurora's features and she pulled herself onto his chest. She relaxed against him with a sigh and an absent kiss to the underside of his jaw. "I love you. Always."

"How do you feel about elijah?"

Aurora heaved a deep sigh before answering. How to possibly answer this? "I despise him." But was that really true? Elijah knew her longer than almost anyone else. They could understand each other on some level. But he'd destroyed her life. Well, sometimes she thought that. Had he really though? Was she lying to Tristan when she claimed to love him above all others? Did she truly wish that that Elijah had never parted her from Niklaus? Questions like that made Aurora's head hurt. There was too much self-reflection involved, too much examination of her own mind. There were other reasons to hate Elijah though. He'd stolen a century from her. But, well, would she have done something different in his place? How many lives had Aurora herself ruined for far less noble reasons than the safety of those that she loved most? No, no. It was monstrous because it had been done to her. How dare he. He was worthy of all of her hate for that crime. She ought to kill him for it. But that would cost her Tristan. So he would live. For now. And Aurora would tell herself that his tie to Tristan was the only reason for that. There was no need to examine her own mind further for her thoughts about Elijah.

"She's a sweet girl." Aurora wasn't certain what else could be said. She did not know the girl well, and could not add much else.

"I don't even need to pack. Where are we going?" She relished any opportunity to have him all to herself.

How do you feel about Lestat?

Ask my character "How do you feel about ______?"

"He's a dear friend." They always managed to have fun together, but their bond seemed to be strengthened by time apart as well. There was a spark to being with Lestat, an excitement, but there was a chance for too much of a good thing. In some ways, they were too alike. Still, Aurora had to admit that she was especially fond of him. He doted on her as he ought to, of course. And he was enchanted by her, as he should be. She was enchanted by him as well. He liked gifts nearly as much as she did, and always showed the proper appreciation. It was joy too, to speak French, even if his version of the language was several generations removed from Aurora's childhood tongue. And this new found infamy? Oh, Aurora was in awe. To confess to being a vampire so openly? To be celebrated for it? It was all so fun.

"How do you feel about the Strix? It is hard to tell at times."

"As a collective? Well, they're a bit like your staff, I suppose. There's some that I quite like. your friend Shen Min is always pleasant. Mohinder is quite rude, though. And I find that his insistence on only drinking the blood of those that he's "vanquished in battle" to be pretentious, and a bit too reminiscent of Mikael for my liking." she purposefully did not mention Aya, arguably Tristan's most trusted friend. Aya seemed to express no interest in being more than Tristan's friend, in becoming more than simply an advisor, but Aurora still did not trust her. Perhaps she truly was that patient. She had never seemed to like Aurora much, but she was smart enough to see what happened to those that tried to separate Tristan from Aurora. She could have been biding her time.

"And there was that one, I forget his name, but he's a divine dancer. I like him quite a lot."
