appropiate what's yours.
we know we can manifest our dream lives, have your desires, yadda yadda yadda… but can you actually do it? see, the ability to manifest is something we all possess. but the willingness to actually act on that is something that some people may need practice in.
to desire and to decide.
to have a desire is easy. we all do, eventually. nevertheless, to claim a desire as yours and appropriate it as such is a whole other step. it requires you to be bold, decisive and focused on what you want to manifest. if you have no problem demanding and accepting things you want to have to be yours, that’s 1 good for you and 2 you are free to either skip this post or read along.
all states belong to you.
now, for those who still need a bit of assistance: you need to learn to declare things as yours. it is of importance to become comfortable in your mind and to realise that any desire, any state, and any feeling is accessible to you. they all belong to you and you shall act like it. there is truly nothing embarrassing, haughty or delusional about it.
the only creator of mind.
see, no one's gonna steal your desires from you. no one's going to say "no" and call you out for wanting things without earning or deserving them. in fact, no one could ever get in your way because they don’t have the free will to do so. people are just you pushed out, a reflection of your imagination, a physical embodiment of what has once only existed imaginatively. and that means… the only person who could possibly interfere with your plans is you. again, nothing and no one outside of you exists.
the mind is limitless.
in case no one has told you, your mind is actually yours! it belongs to you! so USE it. this may come off as a little funny since it’s quite self-explanatory but you are allowed to think the thoughts you desire to think, to feel the feelings you'd like to feel, to decide how your reality should look like according to your personal preference and accept it as such. it's all up to you because your mind is yours. i can’t get in there and tell you what to think of. i can't stop you. and i certainly can’t tell you "no, this is impossible/unrealistic/illogical to manifest".
don't wish, just be.
don’t tell me who you don’t want to be. don’t tell me what you wish, hope or pray to be. instead, tell me who you are. what is it that you want to have? what is it that you want to experience? how would you want your life to look like? whatever it is that you want — if you know what it is — appropriate it. stop holding yourself back by only desiring things. stop stopping yourself. we all have desires we would want to make a reality, so go further.
it is now yours, only.
take it. it’s yours. you have given it to yourself. it’s done. i cannot take it from you, your sp cannot do it either, nor does anyone have the power to remove anything from you what you have already identified with. if you say it’s yours, baby, then it has no other choice but to be yours …
with love, ella.

Since the thoughts of which I am aware do not mean anything, the world that pictures them can have no meaning. What is producing this world is insane, and so is what it produces. Reality is not insane, and I have real thoughts as well as insane ones. I can therefore see a real world, if I look to my real thoughts as my guide for seeing.

(32) I have invented the world I see.
I made up the prison in which I see myself. All I need do is recognize this and I am free. I have deluded myself into believing it is possible to imprison the Son of God. I was bitterly mistaken in this belief, which I no longer want. The Son of God must be forever free. He is as God created him, and not what I would make of him.

What you think of as the past is a memory trace, stored in the mind, of a former Now. When you remember the past, you reactivate a memory trace — and you do so now.
The future is an imagined Now, a projection of the mind. When the future comes, it comes as the Now. When you think about the future, you do it now.
Past and future obviously have no reality of their own. Just as the moon has no light of its own, but can only reflect the light of the sun, so are past and future only pale reflections of the light, power, and reality of the eternal present. Their reality is “borrowed” from the Now.

How to be Awareness (The guide to all you need to know)
First off, realize you are never not it. We are actually fully realized all the time. We are fully realized Beings saying that we are not. So all we do is let go of “we are not” and what's left over is the fully realized Being that we are.
Second, if you're able to understand it intellectually but not able to use it, it's because you're not looking at yourself honestly, truthfully, with deep desire to see your Self, in the process of which you have set up as the subconscious mind all the things you will not look at.
However, it's not necessary to dig up this unconscious mind, in fact it's much better to try to quiet the mind. When we're able to get the mind totally quiet, what's left over is the infinite Self. Every thought is a thing of limitation. Therefore when we quiet the mind, we still these limiting thoughts and this infinite Being that we are becomes self obvious to us. The Self is then not occluded by the limiting thoughts! We see It, we recognize that we never were that mind, that body, and from that moment on, the mind and body have no influence upon us. We determine for the body as we would a puppet and it has no effect upon us, as a puppet that we would be controlling would have no effect upon us.
If you want a "method", then the very best method of all methods is to quiet the mind to see the Being that you are. Pose the question: “Who am I?” and if other thoughts come in, ask, “To whom are these thoughts?” The answer is “To me.” “Well, who am I?” and you're back on the track, seeking to see your Self.
''Who am I?” is the final question that everyone answers, so why not begin with the final question?
Tumblr media
There are two ways of growing: one is what I call the negative way, eliminating the negative, going into the mind, seeing the cause of the problem that originated in a thought some time in the past. When we see this thought, when we bring it up into consciousness, we naturally let go of it. We see how silly it is to hold onto it and therefore correct that thought and behavior.
However, the other way is better. It is the positive way. Quiet the mind and see who and what you really are, the infinite Self, pure Awareness. In the over all, there's really only two ways: eliminating the negative and the better, putting in the positive, “I am that I am,” “I am It.” The latter is by far the faster.
Let's now take a look at this so-called apparency, the world. The world is only an illusion that we created mentally. It is not external but in reality within us, within our mind. Someday you'll discover that you created this entire universe that you see. The method of creating is by first creating what we call a mind. We create our mind, which is nothing but a composite of all our thoughts, conscious and subconscious, and the thoughts create the material world. Every little thing that happens to each and everyone of us is created in our thinking. We mentally set up a thing called time which makes it even more difficult to see things because we think now and things happen years later. But the only creator there is, is the mind, your mind.
So now you discover that you created your trouble, then you discover that you can create anything you desire. After you discover that there is nothing that you cannot create, you're still unhappy. The reason is that you have separated yourself from the all that is.
You say you realize you are Awareness but you still "lack" things
If there are any problems that remain, they only remain because you are holding onto them in thought. The moment you let go of them, they are gone! If you tell me that isn't so for you, that isn't true. The truth is you're still holding onto them, telling me that it doesn't work. Now trying to get rid of a problem is holding onto it. Anything we try to get rid of we are holding in mind and thereby sustaining that problem. So the only way to correct a problem is to let go of it. See not the problem, see only what you want. If you would only from this moment on see what you want that is all that you would get. But you hold in mind the things you do not want. You struggle to eliminate the things you don't want, thereby sustaining them.
Now the very highest state is simply Beingness, and if we could only be, just be, we could see our Infinity. We would see that there are no limitations. We would see that we are the All. We would be in a perfectly satiated, permanent, changeless state. And it is not a nothingness, it is not a boredom, it is an Allness, an Everythingness, a Total Satiation that is eternal. You will never, never lose your individuality. The word “I” as you use it to mean your individuality will never ever leave you. It expands. What happens as you re-remember what you are is that you'll begin to see that others are you, that you are me, that you are now and always have been gloriously Infinite.
This subject cannot be learned intellectually, it cannot be learned through the mind because it's perceived just behind the mind. We can use the mind to gradually undo the limitations enough so that we can get behind the mind by getting it quieter. If it were possible to get this subject through the mind intellectually, all we would need to do is to read the books on it and we would have it. But it doesn't work that way. We have to very concentratedly dwell upon our Self that is just behind the mind. Turn the mind back upon the mind to discover what the mind is, and then go beyond the mind to the Self. So to get this subject, each one must experience it, realize it, make it real by going to the place just behind the mind and perceiving it there.
If you examine thoroughly the mind, you will discover that it isn't, it's an illusion. Let it go its way, just watch the mind. The ultimate witness is the Self. It's a tremendous thing to watch the mind. Not only does it quiet it, it makes the mind not you. If you trace the source of the mind, you find it is nothingness. This whole world is a dream illusion, which means that it isn't!
Unlimited joy is our natural, inherent state which we have, through ignorance, undone by imposing concepts of limitations. Anytime we have trouble, anytime we have a problem, we're being the limited ego. We’re trying to express the Self through the limited ego, and it's too small, we get squeezed and it hurts. If you'll just accept that you are not that, that what you are is God, Awareness -- and God is All, God is Perfect, that's all you'll ever meet with!
No matter what you say, no matter what law or concept you want to follow, only upon recognizing that what you are is Awareness are you perfectly satisfied.

“How do I be?” “How do I go within?” How how how
The pointers you see all over tumblr, instead of just reading them, liking and reblogging, take them for what they are! They are POINTING you to your true being. For you to realise you have never left home and have always been “THAT”.
Get off tumblr, stop consuming post after post. Rely ONLY on yourself. No one can help you because there are no others.
How do you think all these bloggers “did it”? And what are their blogs for?
Are they making posts just to have a laugh? Is it all just some inside joke? Do they answer your asks just for jokes? No, no and no.
Don’t fool yourself thinking you’re a person with a long process ahead of you and that you will be realised soon, or are waiting for an “aha” moment. Nonsense.
There is no one to go through any journey, process or take any steps. There is no moment or goal to reach.
Stop overthinking and overcomplicating something very simple. Step out of your own way.
And NO there is no ego you need to get rid of because it doesn’t even exist.
Who is thinking?
Who is seeking?
Who is forgetting?
Who is this false “I”?
There is no one to do anything.
There is no person to take any steps to enlightenment.
There is no one to get enlightened.
You’ll notice there was never anyone doing anything.“ ” is all that there is.
You already ARE “THAT” now. Always have been.
It is very simple. See it for yourself.
“There is no search, no answers, no enlightenment, you just think there is.” - infiniteko
“Don’t spend time trying to figure out how to be freed but be freed instead” - edward art
Go within. Go beyond. Go deep.

What always is?
A presence, a knowing that I exist.
An unexplainable presence that always IS through waking, sleeping, thinking, dreaming, day dreaming.
I cannot be what is fleeting and blanks in and out, it only makes sense for me to be whatever it is that is noticing them all.
Dropping all labels and concepts, there is just that presence. That knowing. That awareness.
It’s all that there is.
Since I give label and meaning to the seeming, discontinuous experiences and surroundings of life, since they are not there without my noticing and awareness of them, they must depend on me. As well as the fact that I still exist when stripping everything of all labels. I don’t depend on anything. I just AM.
I am something that exists when removing all labels, something everything that is seeming depends on, yet I depend on nothing.
So, who is this me? Who is that something?
I cannot tell you. It cannot be explained. It can only be known. But saying known implies there is someone knowing something, but there is no someone.
Any attempt to label “it” would be limiting “it”. Anything I can say about it isn’t, including these words. “IT” is just “something” deeper than existence, an ineffable infinity.

A miracle is the easiest thing
From ''Lester and Me, My Unforgettable Conversations With American Master, Lester Levenson (Seretan, Stephen)'' "The irony is that as we release this want, or any desire totally, we obtain what we were wanting"
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Could I let go of Resisting _ (whatever it is)? Would I? When?" this too "What do I resist about doing ? Or getting __ done? Could I let go of resisting it? Would I? When? Repeat on the same item until you feel great!" Many people think that taking a lot of action on a goal will result in success… how many of you have discovered that this is not always true? Ramana Maharshi said, “Action is prescribed for purification of the mind only.” In other words, (...) if you don’t release it, you get bogged down. Lester said, “I only know what I can DO!” and he set about proving to himself his powers and testing out how free he had become. Lester told me to let go of resisting what IS, and release to make it the way I choose. He did not advise anyone to control people into doing it OUR way. Expressing our misery is not releasing. Trying to control things puts us out of control. Releasing our need to control (with the Sedona Method) puts us in control. So what can we learn from this to apply to our lives? Allow what IS to BE. Don't resist it. Karl Jung said, "What you resist, persists." Let go of the need to change everything you see and experience. It might be there to teach you a valuable lesson. Let go of wanting to be right and make others wrong.
Lester told me that a miracle is the easiest thing in the world to do. Why? Because it is the working of natural law. All Masters are able to totally control the physical world and produce at will whatever they choose.

non dualism cheat sheet 📝
💭 the moment you are aware of something is the exact moment it exist. it exist infinitely in many different realms of possibilities but none of them are separate. the “realms of possibilities” they’re all just you. you are only ever experiencing you. all that can be perceived is done solely by you. it exist right now and right now is all that will ever exist.
💭 even when you “manifest” something and you tell yourself that now that you see it physically, its real, it still goes away whenever the present moment ends and youre aware of something else. why hold so much attachment to temporary fake things? why give so much validity to one thing? logically, tell me why would your awareness have prejudice? as an infinite and absolute being, why would one prefer the other? would a god* have favorites? no!
💭 you can allow your ego to hold attachment to these things because whatever the ego “does” actually changes nothing but its not the ego or the attachment that manifests. its your awareness. stop and sit with yourself right now. understand that whether or not you see something or imagine something, you are still experiencing yourself.
💭 when you identify as the ego, you are taking on the burden of the brain which is bound by logic, beliefs, thoughts, doubts, and other “3D” oriented things. these are things the “doer” looks to do that it can see what to do. consciousness as the observer doesn’t have to. by assuming the role of the doer/ego, you will never live in the present moment because the ego can’t understand it.
💭 it is the ego that believes it has to manifest. it is your ego that believes it has the power to do anything. it doesn’t. consciousness just is. manifesting just gives the ego an excuse as to why it now “has” something. this isn’t incorrect. the ego cannot understand the present moment/awareness/consciousness. so you must decide.
*god; when i say “god” or “a god” i never mean it as an all powerful omnipotent being. when people think of god they think of power!

So.... reality isn't real
Imagination is real
Reality is already powered by imagination
And imagination is the core of reality
So basically I created all this with my imagination and reality always changes depending on my thoughts cause my thoughts change my imagination too and change my assumptions so basically my reality changes and finally
My face isn't real - that's why it can change with my thoughts
My body isn't real - that's why it can change with my thoughts
These people in my reality (which isn't real) aren't real - that's why they always change with my thoughts
Everyone isn't real - that's why they always change with my thoughts
What they think about me isn't real - that's why it always changes with my thoughts
When they talk about isn't real - that's why it always changes with my thoughts
They are changeable and it all depends on me my thoughts my imagination ME AND ONLY ME
which is basically self!
Self is the only real thing in my reality
self = void state = awareness = pure consciousness = god (which is me)
Pretty simple
So.... basically entering/waking up in my void state is the only real thing in here since everything else is not real then entering/waking up in my void state must be just normal it's just me I am already within myself but I am aware of this physical reality at the same time I am consciousness so I am aware of being pure consciousness that's why entering/waking up in my void state is easiest thing for me cause I am aware of my SELF and me being PURE CONSCIOUSNESS so yeah that's literally it - just be - just enter - just wake up there - just be aware of already having what you want
Life is a literal fuckin dream so manifest whatever you want fr idek what the hell are you waiting for
Work on your self-concept - if you can't or don't know how I got you you can message me and buy the self-concept tape currently discounted btw
Stop surviving - LIVE FOR A MOMENT for yourself

Freedom Technique: Path to Awareness and Love with Autobiography by Lester Levenson (Spilny, Yuri)'s book Hi. Wanted to share this with you
Tumblr media Tumblr media
''WANT is a paradox. To obtain something, it is important to WANT it. However, WANT means lack of what you want. The more you WANT something, the more you affirm the lack of it. It is better not to WANT but to allow whatever you need to come to you. Otherwise WANT will sabotage you, becoming a block, a barrier. (...) And you know that WANT harbors fear and other negativity. It is better to substitute WANT with ALLOWING. Created by Lester, the process of Releasing, consists of five steps: 1.  Become aware of the emotion and lovingly accept it. 2.  Feel the emotion somewhere in the body.  Anger for example is often felt in the pit of the stomach or in the chest.  Find that spot and feel your anger there. It won’t take too long before you notice that the more you concentrate on your anger, the weaker it becomes.  This happens, because instead of “feeding” it with your energy, you are withdrawing the energy by calmly witnessing your emotion. 3.  Identify the emotion as Wanting Approval (WA) or Wanting Control (WC). 4.  Relax into the emotion. 5.  Release the emotion.  As you keep your attention on it, let it go by asking - Could I let it go?         Yes! - Would I let it go?        Yes! - When?                         Now! Inhale, while asking the last question.  Then open an imaginary window in the spot where you feel the emotion, and with exhalation, let the energy flow freely out of that window, while saying “Now!” Imagine bluish, almost transparent energy flowing out. A feeling or emotion is nothing but energy; it is neither “bad” nor “good.”  We give it different names in order to relate it to different mental states.  The energy flows out… It is gone!  Still, ask yourself: And More? …  Answer: Yes!  And let more of it to flow out… And More? …   Yes!  And let even more of it out… And even More? … Yes!  Let more of it out… And even More? … Yes!  Let more of it out… And even More? … Yea!  Let more of it out… Try to feel the feeling again.  Imagine situation that made you feel angry.  It would help you to locate more anger within you. Keep repeating the process until you find yourself out of AGFLAP and in CAP (Courageousness Acceptance and Peace).  It is important to continue releasing until you are at peace.  It may take time, but time thus spent is ten times worth the effort. You will find that nothing is more rewarding than your state of peace. There should be no thinking or analyzing.  You must say “yes” regardless of how you feel about it.
Lester underlined that releasing will be more effective when we are in the state of either Courageousness, Acceptance or Peace. The entire process of releasing must be always done lovingly. Therefore, before starting the releasing bring yourself into one of the states of CAP with loving attitude. It is easily done when you imagine the end result of a particular releasing: wonderful relationship, money in your account, new house, whatever you are releasing on. Remember to start with accepting and loving yourself unconditionally.
The state of loving peace is the only appropriate state to be in.  If you’re not peaceful, find out what is it within you that deprives you of peace and let it go. When we have no Resistance, no Fear and no Wants, when we don’t wish to change anything but accept everything the way it is, we are free.
Let us start with letting go of whatever we are feeling right now and move into Courageousness, Acceptance and Peace. We begin with Courageousness. It’s a wonderful place, where we are willing to do whatever it takes, no matter what: a place of absolute willingness to do anything. We are adventurous, alive, powerful, self-sufficient and secure. We have a vast vision. We have been here before in this wonderful place and can access it from our past memory, when we were in trouble. We are here right now. On the scale of action, Lester says, ‘Courageousness is a willingness to go into action without fear, to give, to correct, to change whatever needs it, the willingness to let go, to move on.’ It is a very distinct state. Notice how you are immediately becoming more aware, as you move into this state. And from here, let’s move into Acceptance. Just a shift, a different way of a being expressing itself: Acceptance. Get the feeling: everything is OK just the way it is. On the scale of action, Lester says, ‘No need to change anything. No judgment of good or bad. It just is… It is beautiful just as it is, and it’s OK just the way it is. It is wonderful out there… I am enjoying everything just as it is. So take a look, wherever you are, sitting, driving, whatever it is that you’re doing. Can you allow it to be beautiful just as it is? Can you allow yourself to enjoy your surroundings, which includes your body, just as it is? Can you love your body just as it is? The room you are in, just as it is? The city you are in, just as it is? And will it be OK with you to make the decision, and it is just a decision, to feel about wherever you are in life, being just beautiful? Well, the mind may check on this and that, and yet, it is all Awareness, Beingness, and it is always beautiful. Other words Lester used to describe this: fullness, gentle, glowing, gracious, harmonious. And again, notice where you are right now. What it feels like. Be aware. Contrast it to the state of Courageousness… There is a cool air about this state of Acceptance. When you notice the differences between the two states it will allow you to access this state of Awareness more freely. From this place of Acceptance, where everything is OK the way it is, allow yourself to move to a state of Peace. On a scale of action, Lester describes it as I am, I am whole, complete, totally into my Self. Everyone and everything is part of my Self. It’s all perfect. Whatever you’re now feeling, whatever you’re experiencing… can you let it go and let it be even more perfect? Would it be OK with you, if you dissolve the boundaries, whatever they are: boundary of your body, your house, your car, your property, boundary of your country... Can you dissolve these boundaries, and allow everything to be seen as your Self, your own Beingness, Awareness.  Immediately, everything becomes quiet, even more serene, more still. Would it be OK with you if you live in peace every day, all day? Would it be OK with you, if everyone you’ve met will be radiantly peaceful beings, a part of you, of your own Self? If everyone is seen in total serenity, total peace, the world is automatically becoming peaceful and serene. Other words to describe this: stillness, kindness, tranquility, unlimited, whole.
And check to see if our friend the mind has been active lately, trying to figure things out. Can you let go of trying to figure it out? Mind always has a list of favorite things it is trying to figure out. Could you let that process go and allow yourself just be and rest in Awareness? Let us ask the mind if it knows the solution of whatever you’re trying to figure out. Of course it doesn’t. It is one of the most pointless exercises in our lives, to keep asking the mind for an answer, when it doesn’t have an answer. And when we do this, it comes back at us with a judgment. It says, ‘beat yourself up! Is there something wrong with you? There we go again: asking me about something I don’t know!’ Is that helping us to get the solution? What it does… it keeps us on the surface of our mind: all that asking, beating ourselves up. So now we have a decision to make. Are we going to keep being negative, beating ourselves up, standing on the surface of our mind? Or, do we want to let that go and move into productivity, quietness and deepness? Of course, we want to be quieter and deeper.
From this state of wholeness look at your life and see if there is any part that you’re resisting. Anything in your life that frustrates you, irritates you that you try to exclude from your wholeness? See if there is any question, any sensation about that. And just instantly let that energy go. Let it go some more…, and more… And will it be OK with you, if you reclaim that part of your life in terms of yourself? We are responsible for our pictures: everything that we picture is part of ourselves. Would it be OK with you if you make a decision? Irrevocable decision that says I am going for freedom, no matter what. Why not?

Pull yourself out of this dream you're so attached to. Wake up.
Things are actually getting too much out of hand. Or should I say that you guys are doing that to yourself, with your own hands and that too willingly.
Since everyone is soo eager for advice, I'll give you all one. Please pardon my bluntness or if I come off as rude but it's high time you guys hold yourself responsible for whatever is going on with you.
You guys love being miserable, why are you so scared of change? Of stepping out of your comfort zone?
Feeling like a victim gives everyone an explanation for their lack of efforts, and poor dedication. An excuse. That's exactly what keeps holding them back and they don't even realise it. Victim play never gets anyone anywhere.
If you're upset about something, then cry until you can't! But then pull yourself together and let that shit go? Is that so difficult?
You're the only one who is responsible for and CAN pull yourself out of that mindset and bad headspace you believe yourself to be stuck in.
There's nothing to seek. Nothing to do. No efforts to put in. And still, you guys somehow complicated 'nothing' into something soo hugeee, how does that even work?!
And I am just so tired of trying to convince anyone about this. It's so fuckin easy. Take my word for it.
When you truly, trulyy really wanna get better, there's no force in the world that could stop you. No one at all.
It's either that freedom you are so desperate to find, or you feeling like a victim because of something happened or how you feel. No one is going to pull you up. No one.
You have to do it yourself.
That's just how it works.
It's all an illusion.
This person who's suffering.
The one who wants solutions.
The one who is typing this.
Kindly. Wake up.

nisargardatta, i am that, ch.96.
Q: Unless I am told what to do and how to do it, I feel lost.
M: By all means do feel lost! As long as you feel competent and confident, reality is beyond your reach. Unless you accept inner adventure as a way of life, discovery will not come to you.
Q: Discovery of what?
M: Of the centre of your being, which is free of all directions, all means and ends.
Q: Be all, know all, have all?
M: Be nothing, know nothing, have nothing. This is the only life worth living, the only happiness worth having.
Q: I may admit that the goal is beyond my comprehension. Let me know the way at least.
M: You must find your own way. Unless you find it yourself it will not be your own way and will take you nowhere. Earnestly live your truth as you have found it -- act on the little you have understood. It is earnestness that will take you through, not cleverness -- your own or another's.
Q: I am afraid of mistakes. So many things I tried -- nothing came out of them.
M: You gave too little of yourself, you were merely curious, not earnest.
Q: I don't know any better.
M: At least that much you know. Knowing them to be superficial, give no value to your experiences, forget them as soon as they are over. Live a clean, selfless life, that is all.
Q: Is morality so important?
M: Don't cheat, don't hurt -- is it not important? Above all you need inner peace -- which demands harmony between the inner and the outer. Do what you believe in and believe in what you do. All else is a waste of energy and time.

“Awareness is never lost. It simply becomes entangled with the other, with objects. So the first thing to be remembered: it is never lost, it is your nature, but you can focus it on anything you want. When you get tired of focusing it on money, on power, on prestige, and that great moment comes in your life when you want to close your eyes and focus your awareness on its own source, on where it is coming from, on the roots – in a split second your life is transformed. And don't ask what the steps are; there is only one step. The process is very simple. The step is only one: that is turning in.”

some ideas if you want to test how far you can go
obviously you are limitless, but you need to see how far you can go yourself, lester had the motto of 'i only know that which i can do' and asked 'what can i do?' since why not go all the way? not out of obligation or fear, but to see how much you can maximise your peace and joy! do it for the truth!
almost all of these require mindfulness as you need to be able to catch yourself in the moment of the mind's chatter - that you can get through being in the present moment (read eckhart tolle's practicing the power of now). infact your whole life will be based on the present moment, and not being in it makes it infinitely harder so please read the book.

whoever i expected something from: give to myself
before you do this: go here! (getting to a state of neutrality first might make this easier)
this one is to think back on a person that you don't like, now think abt whether you expected something from them. did you want them to act a certain way? now, whatever peace, love, security that you think they were meant to give you, feel that yourself
and even if it was someone that is meant to give you those things, you will need to release your hatred of them and give them up. you don't need to forgive them right now, but you will soon when you won't care much of their impact on your life and when you see that everybody is acting off insane levels of fear. i released my hatred of someone who is literally meant to take care of me and now i don't care abt them, i used to hate having any contact with them but now i can talk to them and not have my mind run 50 miles an hour. also! they called me to say that they're working on themself & will repair what they did
just keep doing that and going back to other people until you feel no more obligation to care abt what they did! this is (one way to) how you become free of attachment to people, and less anger
astral projection
pretty self explanatory, just try ap, it'll make you see you're not your body
for this i'd definitely see how far i could travel and for how long
‘No matter what happens, I will create no more pain for myself.  I will create no more problems.’
this one is to affirm this at the start of your day and surrender all trouble and control, just this one day (or longer) you'll let yourself have no problems
throughout the day you can remind yourself, when you are getting wound up, that today you've given up troubles and problems
this requires mindfulness - that you can get through being in the present moment (read eckhart tolle's practicing the power of now)
‘Am i willing to live (in a world) with no problems?’
this is just a question to be used for self-inquiry, meditation, an affirmation, whatever
‘What would i do if there were no others?’
same as the last question
no input
no music, no books, no overconsumption, no anything
just like a dopamine detox?
this one might be hard too (and maybe a bit useless, but try it?)
‘From here on, i have everything i need as i need it’
this one is to affirm this at the start of your day and surrender all trouble and control, just this one day (or longer) you'll let yourself have everything you need
throughout the day you can remind yourself, when you are getting wound up, that today you've given up worrying, anticpation of the worst and projecting into the future
this requires mindfulness - that you can get through being in the present moment (read eckhart tolle's practicing the power of now)
remove time - stop living through memory and anticipation
"Time and mind are inseparable. Remove time from the mind and it stops - unless you choose to use it. To be identified with your mind is to be trapped in time: the compulsion to live almost exclusively through memory and anticipation." - eckhart tolle, practising the power of now, pg. 31
self explanatory again, just remove time lol
idk you gonna have to figure this one out yourself
good challenge tbh
deleting or revising something everybody knows
not just some memory only you and 2 people remember, something like changing the name of earth itself
or historical events, or the order a song came out from your favourite artist
go crazy! keep in mind that there's no big or small, its all the same concept in awareness, even if i do imply it
just thinking abt when you go to search the thing you revised in google and it doesn't come up lol
live as if theres no past
this one is something that you should definitely try
i think this becomes the norm when you are present in the now (which is why its so important!)
the point is when you go bed, wipe out your past, through whatever way you like. then in the morning make a declaration that the past is no longer relevent! no longer will you go back to it as a source of identity, breaking the habit of it!
inspired by this quote by osho
i think this one will yield interesting results
Tumblr media
in the end, the goal is not especially to get results, but to release fear and limitations. you also get to practise being in the present moment!

Whatever externals you credit to giving you "happiness" has the same power to cause you "suffering". True freedom is seeing beyond the illusion and knowing Reality and who you are. Then nothing can hurt you. Your peace and joy need nothing but Self-remembrance.
