We live in a society where young girls are already being groomed by porn culture and rape culture into thinking that they always have to be sexually available to boys, that they have to cross their own limits and leave their comfort zones to please men sexually. What we need to be telling young girls is that they don’t have to suck dick if they don’t want to. That they don’t have to participate in sexual acts that they’re uncomfortable with. That it’s okay to say no. That there’s no shame in not having sex.

Today is the worst I've felt in a long time.. my mental health is TOTALLY unstable, my husband doesn't understand why im always so tired and I'm so angry at myself because I cannot function without pot. Very recently, I started having my nightmares and bad dreams again.. unfortunately, they're not just dreams. They're memories I buried away deep inside.. And they've consumed my mind. my husband is ALWAYS angry with me, he never apologizes anymore, and when he does, it's never sincere. My suicide notes are just getting worse and i feel like i can't tell anyone what's going on because they don't care. no body does. i don't have friends, my husband has friends. im just tolerated because he feels like I should be included.. maybe I'll just let him do whatever and I'll just... continue dying inside alone...

so, a few years back, I complained about my best friend having her 3rd child, when 3 years later, I had my little princess. That friend is now on kid #4, with her 2nd baby daddy. I love her to death. but she can barely handle the one that lives with her (the other 2 live with their dad, and he's even worse than she is -.-)

As much as I love my friend, she needs anger management and better support than what she has. she thinks the world is out to get her. she thinks the world wants to destroy her. and maybe it's TRUE. maybe it's not. but the one thing I tell her everyday, is to breathe and take it easy. its gonna be a hard life, but it's your own fault for choosing it and not bettering yourself. get over it, please.
