Hi guys! You've probably noticed I've been a bit absent again these last weeks. If you follow me on Instagram (where I've been more active lately and have been posting updates of my life), you'll know what's been happening. For those who don't, here's the summary: I've been painting the house and moving, so I had a couple busy weeks.

I was hoping to start the year in a great way, with renewed energy after all that 2018 was. In the end, I could overcome all the problems last year threw at me, so I had decided it had been a good year after all.

That is, until half an hour before midnight.

I moved back to my mom's house, but our terrain is big so we have two houses in it, one in the front and one in the backyard, where I'm living now. There's a door that separates the backyard from the rest of the house, a door we always kept closed at all times because my mom had a dog that liked to chase (and kill) cats, and I had two cats, as some of you might remember. But for reasons I can't understand, that door was left open while we had dinner waiting for 2019 to start. I was asked to bring something from my house at around 23:30, and on my way home, I found one of my cats lying near my door. She was limp, still just a tiny bit warm, and I took her in my arms and moved her and checked for her breathing, trying to get her to meow or move or do anything to show me there was still a chance to rush to the vet and save her. My mom had to stop me cause I couldn't understand she was gone.

I have no words to tell you guys how devastated I feel. I still can't believe my baby is gone, that I had to bury her yesterday and that I won't see her anymore, that she won't be around to lick my arms and meow at me to climb onto my lap, and flop onto her back to ask for belly rubs, and she won't sleep by my head anymore and won't be there when I wake up. I miss her so much I can't stop crying.

My year ended and started in the worst way possible, and to make it worse, guess what? Today is my birthday. January 2nd.

So, again, I'm gonna be needing some time to get over this enough to get back to producing art. I'm sorry if I don't answer your asks and messages right away. I hope you can understand why. And I hope everyone's had a better start of the year than I did.

Oh guys, well, I might! I don’t wanna promise anything, though, because I’m in a moment of my life where I can only do what inspires my each day, I’m not really able to plan projects or say “yes I’ll definitely do this” because my motivation is being weirdly specific lately. So yeah, I might do it, but like I said before, don’t quote me on this.

Nope, not my thing, really. I see them in more of a mentor and mentee relationship, I can’t really see them developing romantic feelings towards each other. Fatgum’s more of a teacher for Kiri, he protects and motivates him, passes on his knowledge, and feels pride for his mentee’s achievements, and Kiri admires Fat and appreciates and respects him a lot. But no, I don’t ship them.

I don’t really remember many dreams after the day they happened, so I can’t really say for sure, but I do remember one dream where I was in some sort of dance competition and it looked like my team was gonna lose so I decided I’d go on an adventure that looked kinda like a game where I had to rescue a friend who was kidnapped by demons that looked like big ugly salamanders that turned into jewels when I killed them, and I was being helped by Damien LaVey (from Monster Prom), who by moments also turned into a friend of mine and then went back to being Damien.

When I woke up I was very confused.

I do! I have both Twitter and Instagram! You’re more than welcome to follow me on either of those, or both. I have to admit, Twitter’s my least active account, but with all this new NSFW policy on Tumblr I’m gonna start being more active there. Also because people seem to be nicer there lol

omg really?? I’m so happy people share my art with others close to them! And yes of course, I’d love to talk too! I really wanna get back into the fandom, since I kinda left for a bit. Lack of inspiration, energy and time led me to stop drawing them, and I also stopped watching the anime and reading the manga. I focused a lot more on developing OCs once I could get back to drawing, and it’s been months since I last talked KiriBaku (or anything BnHA related) with anyone.

fdasghsbd oh man, you’re right, that’d be amazing! But I’m sorry to say I most likely won’t, because I lack the time to load myself with more work than already planned for the comic. If anyone out there wants to, though, you’re completely welcome to draw your own bloopers or videos of any characters! I would totally love to see that.

No, I’m sorry but I don’t think I’ll be including them at all (◞ ‸ ◟ㆀ) I’d love to add more characters and have everyone interact, but this is already a lot of work as it is now, and I most definitely can’t put more work on myself. It’s already hard enough to keep this comic going. I would have loved to do it, though :c

Ohh no, they’re all here on tumblr! I just never posted them on instagram because it was too much of a hassle, and I didn’t have that many followers back then, so it wasn’t like there were many people waiting for them. I will be posting them soon, though! I have to get my accounts moving, and I’ll try to keep them as updated as I can.

I’ve actually had the next comic ready for a few weeks, but I decided to not post it because I didn’t want the pressure of knowing people would perceive my hiatus as being over and come demand I produce content for them.

I’m not saying this because of you, since you were really polite when asking and a lot of other people were too, but there’s people who just come at me in DMs and asks and comments, not only here but on instagram too, to demand I keep the comic going. And honestly, nobody’s paying me for it, I’m just a normal person trying to survive the year and drawing to relax, so when I just can’t draw and people come at me like that, it’s just all the more stressful, and I didn’t want to subject myself to that. So I decided I wouldn’t come back until I was actually ready to, because people can be really pushy and mean and I didn’t wanna deal with that.

I took this opportunity to say this because this is a clear example of how people affect fandoms badly by being inconsiderate towards content creators. We’re not here to serve you. And if you really want a creator to keep producing stuff regularly, even while dealing with their everyday life, then maybe consider buying them a coffee or something, or at least be supportive instead of demanding.

omg thank you!! And yeah, he definitely has bg music! I was actually asked about this by someone else who wanted to make a cosplay video based off this AU and I’m wondering if you’re not the same person lol

But in any case, like I said to them, I’m actually awful at picking music. If I had to pick I’d surely go for something kinda electronic or pop, but not too cute-sounding. I don’t know if this makes any sense (´･ ω ･` ；)

Oh man, it’s been a while, oof haha *wipes sweat*

Even though this year was hard as hell, I’m doing so much better now, and I have an official comeback date: December 14th! I have to focus fully on my midterms right now, but once I’m done I’ll be coming back with more art to share and (hopefully) renewed energy.

Like I said, thanks a lot for all the support. I’m excited to interact with everyone again! And for all of you waiting for the next part of the KiriBaku YT AU, I’ll have another comic ready for my comeback day!

I LOVE THE MAKE UP TOO THANK YOU, and I love glitter and Bakugou and I love Bakugou in glitter. This AU is just an excuse for me to smother my kids in glitter tbh

I don’t really have references, I usually look at a lot of stuff on Google and get inspiration from several random makeups, and then come up with something myself. But lately I’ve also been trying to get inspiration by watching male makeup artists, and I especially look for dramatic, deep or colorful makeups. Micheael Finch, Glamboy Jay and Patrick Starrr are some I can think of rn, if you wanna chek them out. But honestly, anything dramatic and glittery is good for Bakugou (*´∇｀)ﾉ hope that helps! Also, if you draw him, please tag me or send it to me because I’d love to see it!

Aahh I know this is not what you signed up for when you decided to follow my art blog, and frankly this is not what I signed up for when I stepped into 2018 either. I want my money back. 

I’ve been having a rough couple of weeks lately, this time because of my mental health. It’s nothing you guys need to worry about, just anxiety and some old issues that decided to resurface because apparently I haven’t had enough to deal with already in the last six months (눈‸눈) Kumi’s not amused

This has affected my ability to produce art, and I’ve been neglecting all my art accounts as a result, but I’m trying to get back to it and find the usual joy that art brought me! I’m way better now, and finally got myself a therapist, so I’m gonna try to be a little more active again. It’s gonna be a slow process, because I have to pay attention to college and I have a lot of exams to study for, but I’ll try! And I should probably start by answering the incredible amount of asks, comments and DMs I’ve got, not only here but on instagram too oh god

I’d also like to give a special thank you to @simmyshubofblank, who’s been a literal angel to me and helped me work things out even though we’ve known each other for such a short time.

Tbh the best thing you could do to befriend me is skip formalities and start off with “bitch I wanna dye my hair pink” or “let’s talk about the Dabi is a Todoroki theory” or show me a pic of your pets or sth like that and we’ll just talk our lives out from there
