I believe that example does fit the question and I even responded with something similar. I was more specific in using the Data Analysis Project since it involved a lot of peer feedback and collaboration.
Peer Feedback
Tumblr media
For the second question, I'll be using Tumblr Peer Feedback as my example of collaborating with peers. That was the only example of working with peers to complete a writing project I could think of from this class! It seems so minor, but it was what came to mind first when I read the question. My question is, do you guys think that example fits the question?

That's awesome! Gaining confidence and a clear sense of purpose in your writing is such a powerful achievement. Understanding your audience and the reasons behind your writing truly elevates your work.
Week 15 Original
What are you most proud of with your writing process?
I am most proud of my confidence in what I write. I feel like I have a newfound purpose and idea of what I am writing when I go into each new project and post. This has helped me throughout my writing process in building my skills and understanding not only how I write, but why! I have a newfound understanding for my audiences, purposes, and overall platform structure. These are the things that I am most proud of!

I completely agree with you! The connection to the real world and the ability to apply our skills practically is so valuable. The creative freedom to experiment and learn through trial and error truly makes the learning process engaging and personal.
What do you like most about your learning?
What I like most about my learning is how it connects directly to the real world, especially when refining content strategies and creating meaningful engagement. Every skill I’ve developed feels valuable and relevant, whether it’s analyzing data to improve content or experimenting with new approaches to writing for specific audiences.
I also enjoy the creative freedom I’ve been given to test ideas and learn through trial and error. There’s something so rewarding about trying something new, even if it doesn’t work perfectly, and reflecting on what I’ve learned. This freedom has made the learning process feel personal and engaging, helping me grow as a writer and strategist.
Overall, I’ve found that this journey isn’t just about gaining knowledge but about discovering how to adapt, create, and communicate more effectively in a constantly evolving landscape. That’s what makes this learning experience so exciting and meaningful for me.

What do you like the most about your CL Reflection?
The part I like the most about my CL Reflection is where I discussed my ability to adapt my writing style and process to different contexts and platforms. I think your post looks really good! I don’t believe you need to add anything unless you want to include hashtags.
OCP Week 14 (3/3)

Hi Everyone!
This is a post I’ve created simulating a twitter post from the production company of FavoriteShow, the show we are all aware of lol.
I just would like some feedback, does it need anything more, less, etc.
Thanks!

I follow the show Supernatural on Facebook and fans usually include hashtags when they share posts. I added hashtags to my project because of that. Although, I don’t believe everyone includes hashtags because when my mom or I share posts about Supernatural on our pages we tag each other rather than include hashtags. I suppose it depends on who you want to see it, if there’s any one or group in particular.

As you can see, these are my anger posts from the fans of the show (which takes inspiration from Outer Banks). I'm going back and forth because I got feedback that I didn't have hashtags and if that was an intentional design choice, which admittedly, it was not. But it poses an interesting question, do these anger posts from the fans need hashtags? Would fans naturally include hashtags in a post like this? If you have any feedback on this, please let me know! ☺️

I loved watching The Walking Dead but ended up losing interest around season 6 because to me it felt like the plot was repeating each season.
Original Content Writing (Post 1 of 3)
Share an example of your experience as a fan of a show that was cancelled. Help us feel the feels...
I watched The Walking Dead from the first day that it aired on television to the very last episode. I basically grew up with this show and became very attached to the characters and the storylines they each had. I stuck with the show as they killed characters off and made decisions about which characters leave without dying. I kept up with the actors on social media and made sure I knew when the start to each season was. I was extremely saddened to hear that they were ending the show and dividing the storylines up without giving an official ending to the story. I do not have the time to watch three different shows for these characters I have come to know very well. So, I no longer keep up or watch.

Share an example of your favorite television show or movie - how does that show/movie help you work through this project and understand angry fandom?
Tumblr media
Prodigal Son is another one of my favorite tv shows, which helped me understand angry fandom for the current project. It was initially about Malcolm Bright using the skills he learned from his father, a notorious serial killer, to catch criminals and put them behind bars. This premise was compelling, as it showcased Malcolm’s struggle to use his dark knowledge for good, rather than succumbing to it.
However, the show’s direction took a surprising turn when both Malcolm and his sister, Ainsley, ended up committing murder. This drastic change in character development was unexpected and left many fans feeling disillusioned. It shifted the narrative from a story of redemption and justice to one where the characters mirrored the very darkness they were fighting against.
This experience helped me understand the anger and frustration that can arise in fandoms when beloved characters take such unexpected paths. It’s a testament to how deeply we connect with these stories and characters, and how invested we become in their journeys.

Share an example of your experience as a fan of a show that was cancelled. Help us feel the feels.
Tumblr media
As a devoted fan of Supernatural, the news of its cancellation after 15 incredible seasons hits hard. This show wasn’t just about hunting monsters; it was about family, loyalty, and the epic journey of the Winchester brothers. From the iconic Impala to the unforgettable “Carry On Wayward Son,” every episode was a blend of suspense, humor, and heart.
Loving everything about Supernatural means cherishing the moments that made us laugh, cry, and hold our breath. It’s the bond between Sam and Dean, the quirky yet profound wisdom of Castiel, and the countless battles fought against the forces of darkness. The show’s end feels like saying goodbye to old friends who have been with us through thick and thin.
As fans, we feel the loss deeply, but we also celebrate the legacy Supernatural leaves behind. It’s a bittersweet farewell, but the memories and the impact of the show will forever be a part of us.

I do the same, looking for relatable posts, when I do reblogs and peer reviews. I also noted that Tumblr posts with captivating visuals tend to grab more attention.
Original Content Writing Week 13 (Post 3 of 3)
Write a style rule for writing a short tumblr post - based on what you know so far, what is a key rule for getting notices?
I do not think I am even near being a professional at navigating through Tumblr and building an audience of my own specifically. I do however think that I have spent enough time on here to know what posts of mine will receive the most interaction with our class audience as a group. I know when I am looking for posts to reblog, I often look for posts that I can relate to or my peer is struggling with something I was also struggling with during peer reviewing. I would say using this down to earth tactic may gain notices. I have also noticed that some colorful posts are at the top of our discussion as well because they are eye catching.
