Tisha's Tissues are more of a headdress/hair, so even if they were removed, nothing would happen to her!!

Religion has no effect on vampires and werewolves. But in the village where the plot begins, mortals believe in the local religion, its the main representative is Charlotte. In general, nothing will happen to vampires and werewolves without physical intervention. Mortals don’t really believe in werewolves and vampires, but only fanatics can be an exception.
