I changed my url to Krinosa so that it wouldn’t get confusing with my Tumblr being a completely different name from my other social media.
Big brain branding moment let’s go-

Another drawing with an AU lore explanation. This time with Snatcher!
Because Hat Kid is Snatcher's assistant in this AU, he commands her to do his dirty work as usual, but he will also ask her to run important errands for him and make sure everyone is acting accordingly in his forest. But the two's bond begins to grow as Snatcher begins to see Hat Kid as less of something to use for entertainment and labor, and more as a friend. Yet he is holding a deep secret from her that he would never let her see. That is until the finale.
When Hat Kid had collected 25 Time Pieces and Time's End ensued, the characters were glitching out and everything was in chaos and disarray. The ghost then finally revealed himself as the one who caused the glitch that happened in Vanessa's Manor that gave all of the characters a mind of their own. The entire time he had the ability to see the game files and after watching everything repeat itself in the second save, he applied his ghost powers to the character's programming which granted them the ability to do whatever they pleased. Eventually Hat Kid and Snatcher were able to create a script and mix it with spirit's powers to give the core of the game free will to change the environment when needed and not cause any more problems like they had previously encountered in the finale.
Snatcher placed the core of the game into a staff so that he could manipulate the game if needed, but it still had free will to change events and not rely entirely on Snatcher. He also gave himself an outfit, which was something he always wanted to do but didn't want to come off as suspicious with it. Yet just as things were beginning to become peaceful, the game was getting tired of its imprisonment... and it was about to break free.

Doodles of Moonjumper from my AU! I was gonna color it but I got tired. Not much has changed design-wise apart from the fact that his smile is way more toothy, his diamond eye is different, he doesn't have his chains, and his buttons are aligned differently.
Moonjumper in my AU isn't actually MOONJUMPER. He is actually the core of the game itself, taking the form of Moonjumper. Hat Kid and Snatcher had to work together to give the core a mind of its own to prevent glitches that would break the game forever. After being trapped in a staff owned by Snatcher for three days, it broke free and eventually took the form of Moonjumper.
However, Moonjumper has a great disliking towards Snatcher since he has no memories past being trapped in the staff because he was not a character until then and thought he was stuck there for the entirety of time. He can manipulate the game at will and can even influence other's personalities and thoughts. But he can't 100% control them without focusing copious amounts to the point where even five seconds of it would tire him out. But he often abuses this ability because he loves creating a good story and sees other characters as a vehicle for doing so. The reason for this is because he feels Hat Kid would lose interest if there was not a story and time only passes if Hat Kid is in the game. So if Hat Kid were to leave permanently, everyone would be stuck in a time stop forever.
Hat Kid tries her best to be friends with Moonjumper, but it is greatly difficult because his obsession with "telling a story" causes him to purposefully mess with her friends to throw her into an adventure. Meanwhile everyone else in the AU is annoyed by him but can't really do anything about it because he's the core of the game and if he dies, then their entire universe goes with him. So they all tolerate him, but their patience is getting thin...

Here’s Hat Kid from my AU called Bugged Beyond Belief! (Special thanks to my friend @/snatchyocto for coming up with the name!) Since Tumblr doesn’t have a word count limit I’ll finally be able to explain my AU stuff without having to chop it up into a thread of multiple 200 character messages fghjhgfdfghjk
Hat Kid is a personification/vessel for a mysterious entity known as "the player." Originally all the player could do was the normal stuff Hat Kid can do in AHiT like running, jumping, dashing, using hats, etc. But after a strange glitch in Vanessa's manor that caused the characters to seemingly have a mind of their own, the player can now communicate through Hat Kid and interact with the characters in different ways. Snatcher seemed to have quickly taken a liking to her after the glitch, so he made her his assistant. But after realizing that she wasn't intimidating enough, he gave her the most intimidating outfit he could think of: a suit and tie.
