An important announcement

Hello everyone, this is a big update from the K Project Zine team.

It is with our deepest regret to announce that this Zine is cancelled. This was not an easy decision to make, all of us wished we would be able to make this work. The reason for the cancellation is both due to personal issues and other factors. We hope that everyone who has been excited for this zine is not too let down by this. The mods also want to thank the contributors for their effort thus far, and we hope you finish your artworks and literary pieces and share them with the rest of the fandom. From what we have seen there is a lot of talent in this group, and we hope to see them realize their work so we can continue to cheer them on.

Hi! if you dont mind me asking, how many artist apps did you receive?

We received 56 applications for the 17 slots! All of the mods were positively surprised by how much interest there was in this zine~ - ModNat

For writers, would typing on Google Docs be okay? What size font can we use? And is there a specific font that all the writers use altogether or. . . ?

Hey there,If you’ve been accepted into the zine and have questions please message us somewhere we can instant message (tumblr/discord/twitter, whichever you prefer to use) instead of sending asks back and forth! It’d make the questions much easier to answer and we can do it all in one go--Mod Cat

A reminder

Once more we would like to say thank you for all the excitement around this zine! We are happy to see so many people wanting to contribute with their talents. We would like to send a quick reminder to our contibutors:

* The zine will be 6.875 x10.5 inches, so you should base your work around that. Mod Nat will be the one putting the zine together in CMYK and with a 300 dpi or higher so make sure your beautiful pieces of art can handle this.

* The word limit for the writers is around 570 words.  * For those of you who had not 100% decided between different ideas; remember this is a feel good zine! We want to see our beloved K Project characters experience the happiness they deserve. We would also like to point out that the writers and artists that have been paired together should talk with each other in order to create a wonderful collaboration piece! * Once more we remind you that the first check in date is the 18th of August. 

Lastly we wish everyone good luck! We cannot wait to see what you will create.

How should writers link to their work? Is there a place we can post a few different things together or? I was going to put a few drabbles in a word document but I can’t link that. Any ideas?

Hey anon!So far we’ve had people send in Ao3 links, Fanfiction net links, and even private tumblr links. If you wanted to compile your works in a google doc that’s also okay but you’d have to create links inside the doc! Hope that helps <3-Mod Cat
