Seitdem du nicht mehr da bist, macht es keinen Unterschied mehr, ob ich noch da bin.

Ich denke, dass ist Selbstschutz.

Schutz vor Schmerz, Enttäuschung, Hoffnung und Verlust.

Deswegen sind wir so wie wir sind.

Es ist nicht Angst davor zu fühlen. Es ist die Abneigung dagegen es wieder fühlen zu müssen.

Es muss sich jemand verdienen, dass man diese Abneigung abstellt. Daher glaube ich bin ich wie ich bin.

Ich glaube nicht daran, dass es eine Person gibt, die genau weiß was sie will. Es wissen alle was sie nicht wollen und leiten davon ab was sie glauben zu wollen.

Es wissen viele was sie brauchen oder glauben zu brauchen, bis sie merken, dass sie es nicht brauchten.

Man kann nicht alles auf unsere verdorbene Gesellschaft schieben oder soziale Medien. Es sind bestimmt auch viele althergebrachte Ideale, die uns in diese Richtung schieben.

Du musst wissen was du willst. Du brauchst langfristig Ziele, eine gesunde Beziehung, die perfekte Familie. All das und viel mehr.

Du brauchst einen Plan.

Das einzige was du wirklich brauchst, ist Selbstliebe. Der Rest ist optional und muss nur durch dich bestimmt werden. Dein Tempo. Deine Entscheidungen. Dein Leben.
