Further north? Even more isolated. But thatâs what heâs here for, isnât he? âJa... of course. As long as yaâr in there I come og annoy the shit outta ya!â As the Norwegian wishes, he took it as an invitation. âImma make ya breakfast!â For it looks like Kristians hasnât eaten for some time. Again.
âI had shopping planned, but that can be done in the evening of tomorrow, so I am for the most part, free, yes,â Well, at least Mathias seemed happy enough about any of this, so that was good enough for him to push back that particular chore. And if he got drunk today, he could stay sober tomorrow. âWhy do you ask?â

Shopping isnât something too important, he thinks as the alcohol began corrupting his mind steadily. âGood. Thought âbout spendinâ the day with ya-- beinâ cosy, ya know?â Another chuckle. honest this time. âLove stayinâ at ya house.â If only because it makes him feel wanted.

A fairly enthusiastic nod, being offered a quick shower always meant he was welcome enough to sleep inside. Funnily enough. Heâs satisfied with it. âProbably yes--â Considering how often he slept there, he woudlnât be too surprised. âIs there anythingâ ya have to do tomorrow or are ya free?â
â..Aah,â He had, yes, but not because of expecting company. Heâd just wanted to feel clean. Of course, heâll probably stink of alcohol after tonight and have to shower again the day after, but that was acceptable, since as he lived alone, except for a puffin that would be coming to live with him soon, he could shower when he wished to. âDo you want to borrow my shower in the morning? I probably have some clothes of yours around here, somewhere.â

For a sole moment Mathias wonders if he would be allowed to sleep in the Norwegians homely house, without needing to ask. Asking has always been proving to be awkward. âDid ya shower earlier?â He asks instead, burying his nose into his hair. Not drunk. Then another sip-
Rising, he hums in acknowledgement and fills their glasses before, much more silently, moving over and sitting down beside him. But before he goes for his own glass, he reaches out and pats Mathiasâ shoulder lightly, deciding thatâs a good enough of a reply for now.

âIsnât it polite to greet ya guests? Hha. Anyway-- I came for cheese. Heard ya had good ones so here I am for testing!â

He could have blushed in juvenile embarrassment, if he were anywhere close the age to be. A few hundred years less and he would. Though now, he simply smiled with uncertainty. âTo those.â Excuse him for kissing the Norwegians temple, almost an reflex to the compliment.
Rising, he hums in acknowledgement and fills their glasses before, much more silently, moving over and sitting down beside him. But before he goes for his own glass, he reaches out and pats Mathiasâ shoulder lightly, deciding thatâs a good enough of a reply for now.

The twitch of his lips should be answer enough, still, the Dane murmurs a quiet. âTak.â As the other man pats his shoulder lightly and pours him his class. Comfortable. âTo fools?â He suddenly asks, rising his class for a toast, smile wider as he casts it towards Kristian.

Another laugh, from tight lips. âDonât worry hah! Whoâs bleedinâ on my back seat, huh?â Again, humour misplaced. his way of coping. âOkay. Just donât. Also no movement. When we arrive Iâll run inside.â Only five minutes more.

Not need, not exactly. âLearnt that. Stubbornness ripped me off of too many things.â Almost a joke, if the painful past wouldnât be true at all. âYa donât want to?â Certain hate plays a part, against himself. He hated to need Kristian. And he would hate himself if he wouldnât. No matter, he takes another sip. âCould ya pour me some vodka?â
â..You give in too easily, sometimes, you really shouldnât,â Commenting on his backtracking in a rather light tone, he doesnât offer up the bitter amusement he feels, knowing he wouldnât have been able to do the same. âAh, do you need me to?â

For a walk.He could laugh, if the situation would be anything near humorous. âDonât move, best even donât touch, Bleedinâ has stopped for the most part, so if ya let it be it will be fine.â Clinical speech. âPlease...â Not any more. Heâs more than worried.Â

A devils tongue indeed. âUndskyld. Letâs just drink, okay?â Quickly, he back pedals to still have some... common ground. âWould ya sit beside me though?â Maybe a bit too much to ask, uncertain as he is. He doesnât want to fight, but he also doesnât want to left a word unsaid. Too often it happened already.
âYou, I, itâs always happening,â Shrugging, he sets the glasses on the table, dropping down on a chair to keep some space between them. âAh, perhaps I will let him hear me say so if only because of the amusement factor. I should probably also consider insulting his tea and fashion sense, now that I think about it.â
