Types of wedding packages

Wedding starter services (makes a great gift!) One in person meeting up to 2 hours (or phone call/skype ) to get to know brides needs/vision for wedding so we can recommend venues based on budget and style. Includes ideas, cost-savings solutions, and Q&A. One 2nd Meeting in person to accompany bride to 3 venues helping assess and ask the right questions. (This will need to be on the same day if possible and be up to 3 hours total allowing up to one hour at each venue) 6 other vendor referrals of her choice based on needs and budget. Example: Photographer, Videographer, DJ, Hair/Makeup, Cake Designer, Favors, Florist/Centerpieces, Dress Shops, Tuxedos, etc. **Note this will NOT include planning or ON-SITE Coordination the day of the wedding. However, bride may upgrade to our Day-of Coordination or another package. DIY BRIDE This is a solution where you can email us anytime when you have questions and need advice on your wedding planning. You may be struggling with etiquette issues, general questions, and need advice on what to pick, order, when to book things, and so much more! This solution does NOT include planning or ON-SITE Coordination the day of the wedding. However, you may upgrade to our Day-of Coordination Solution and we will be there to set up your DIY items and more. Brainstorming package Not sure where to start? Have you booked the date, the church and the reception hall but aren't sure if you want to hire a wedding planner or a day-of coordinator? Do you need cost saving and creative ideas for your wedding day, or just want to talk to an expert? This is the solution for you! Spend two hours with a Certified Wedding Planner and brainstorm ideas for your wedding, learn cost-effective solutions to reduce your wedding budget and receive a few vendor recommendations. Day of Coordination: How awesome would it be to have us working behind the scenes to resolve any issues so your not bothered allowing you to relax and have a fun day? We will be overseeing and assisting with the set-up, directing your vendors and making sure everything is in place while ensuring everything goes just the way you envisioned it. You walk into your amazing reception feeling excited as everything is perfect! You will have peace of mind that we are coordinating your day to make sure no details are missed. • Up to 2 Meetings (Initial consult via phone or in-person and Final drop-off of items meeting) • 1 Wedding Planner and up to 1 Event Assistants on Day-of • Unlimited emails/advice • Wedding Day Timeline • Ceremony and Reception Accessories Checklist • Program suggestions and review as requested • Up to 8-12 hours trouble-shooting on your wedding day • Vendor referrals as requested • Use of our Extensive Emergency Kit • Assist vendors, wedding party, family and guests as needed • Confirmation of Vendors • Coordination of Events at Reception with Vendors (dining, first dance, toast, cake cuttings) • Organize tables with correct number of chairs, favors, etc. before guest arrives • Keep the Bride and Groom from seeing each other before the ceremony • Pin on corsages, boutonnieres, distribute bouquets to bridal party • Basic Set-up and collection of unity candle, guest book/pen, escort cards, pictures, favors, tape loose cards to gifts, box top of wedding cake, wash and pack toasting flutes, cake and knife server • Assist DJ/Band with Grand Entrance and Formal Dances by assembling bridal party and parents • Coordinate with floral preservation vendor (must be pre-arranged) • Assist your guests with escort cards, reception seating • Distribute final vendor payments • Coordinate Processional and Recessional • Supervise ceremony and reception to ensure a smooth and stress-free day **Rehearsal Coordination can be added for an additional fee** Partial planning : This solution is for the couple who really needs help from your Wedding Professional to guide them from beginning to the end with the planning and selecting of vendors. You would like our attendance by at some vendor meetings to ask the right questions so mistakes are not made. You will still be able to do some of the leg-work on your own.
