"Why is ContraPoints saying [advocating for Palestine] is totally futile? Because ContraPoints doesn't want to do anything about it... She feels that the only reasonable way to live is to accept that things are bad and not going to change. Even though that is actually unreasonable. Even though it is actually also morally quite bankrupt. You are the one who is experiencing doom. That is the thing that you feel. That does not mean other people are supporting a doomed cause. It means that you feel doom about their cause. Examine why you might feel that way. They thought Vietnam was a doomed cause, too. Cuban revolution was a doomed cause. Chinese revolution was a doomed cause... "Zero Palestinian lives were saved"... I don't think this is true. For instance, think about the vast amount of fundraising campaigns that have tangibly helped, even as aid is blockaded in Israel, that has tangibly helped Palestinians. They have gained support as a result of this activism. So saying "zero Palestinian lives were saved" again, this is not true. This is not true. But second of all, even if it was true, you're going to blame people for speaking out against things that are actually wrong because it wasn't effective enough instead of just like offering better ways to do it? Does something have to be done or not? Does something have to be done or not?"

Are you tired of standing with Gaza? It seems you are. I no longer see you writing, participating, speaking. Everything has become quiet... except Gaza.
You tell me: "I've been trying for two years, and everything I've done has been of no use." But let me tell you: No, you are not the one who should be tired. You are behind the screen. They are under fire. You see the bombing from afar, and they are under the rubble. You are silent from exhaustion, and they are being buried by the world's silence.
If you are tired of just following, what about those who are living through the massacre? Those who lost their homes, their families, their bodies, their names?
If two years of solidarity have weighed down your heart, what about those who have lived through two years of hunger, terror, and betrayal?
Don't say, "It's no use." Your presence, your voice, your awareness, your refusal—that's the difference. Don't be one of those who are tired of speaking, so they have become part of the silence. Gaza doesn't need your hero, but a person who doesn't ignore. Don't be absent. Don't be silent. Don't be the last to be let down.

I'm bringing you an investment opportunity in Gaza for just $10.
$10! Yes, only $10.
For Ahmed, a student from Gaza, $10 was enough to restore hope for himself and his family, imagine that.
He was displaced from northern Gaza, and the displacement was enough to justify him stopping his studies. When he returned from the displacement, he found his house destroyed and his friends martyred. He promised his mother and father that he would rebuild their home and provide for his family after the occupation bombed his father's workplace.
Ahmed didn't give up and kept trying to continue his education.
A $10 donation, a simple gesture for you, the price of a juice or coffee, but for us in Gaza, we were able to restore hope to Ahmed and his family with this amount.
With $10, you won't just be helping a student, but an entire family whose dreams are hanging on their son, who promised to rebuild their home.
So, let's ask ourselves:
How many like Ahmed are still in Gaza that we haven't been able to reach?
Did you know that there are 90,000 university students, and these university students are supposed to be the breadwinners for their families in light of the difficult situation?
90,000 students and future heads of families have lost their places in education and lost hope of having a decent life in this country.

Support a student today so that he can support his family and his country. Invest $10, be a part of rebuilding Gaza.
Campaign donation link or PAYPAL
The student is waiting for you... don't let him down.
We are trying to save up for next month's rent which is $2000 $5000/$7000 now

Traumatized in Ireland While my Family is Facing Death and Starvation in Gaza
Note: Vetted by:
1. @el-shab-hussein and @nabulsi # 151 on the spreadsheet of Vetted Gaza Fundraisers List]
2. @riding-with-the-wild-hunt Here .
I contemplate the happy faces of people around me here in Ireland and reminisce about the happy normal life my family and I had before the war. A life that turned into a distant memory for us and was replaced by an unending series of horrible nightmares.
Unlike my family in Gaza, people here have access to drinking water, all types of food, electricity, and a roof over their heads. Above all, they are safe, and I cannot help but wonder if they genuinely do appreciate these blessings in their lives enough.
People seem relaxed and laughing wholeheartedly around me in Ireland. I wish I could laugh too, but I am crushed way beyond recovery on the inside. I was evacuated by my Irish college after five months of living the horrors of war in Gaza. I hope you will never know what it feels like to live in constant fear and worry and be horrified by the most sickening and scary nightmares every single night while you are far away from your family in such circumstances.

When did my people in Gaza cease to be human beings worthy and deserving of a normal life? Has it become normal now for my family in Gaza to be starved and killed while the whole world is watching the genocide? If that is the case, then you will have to excuse me if I seek every avenue to bring them to Ireland and start a new normal life like all people here around me.

I was assured by the Irish Reugee Council (IRC) and lawyers in Ireland that there is hope I can reunite with my family in Ireland. In difficult times, it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. For me and my family, you are literally our light and hope for a better life.

Hello everyone, if you can please share and donate to the Shehab family’s campaign to support them through displacement and famine. Sahar, her family of eight (five of whom are children), and extended family (three are children) need funds to survive as food, water, formula and baby products become more and more scarce and expensive. All donations will go towards evacuation funds, and to help them recover afterwards and build towards a brighter future once more. Please keep this family in your hearts and minds, and show them your kindness through sharing and donating, thank you. @danashehab is one of the accounts for the family who contacted and asked me to make this post for them.
Tags below the cut, let me know if you’d rather be removed.

honestly it’s impossible to talk about feminism anymore on this site because a woman will casually make a post about how men treat women terribly and how much they suck and everybody in the notes is like ALL MEN? EVEN TRANS MEN? EVEN GAY MEN? EVEN MEN OF COLOR? EVEN DISABLED MEN? WHAT IF A MAN IS POOR? WHAT IF A MAN IS NICE? TRANS MEN GET MISGENDERED AS WOMEN SO THEY DONT COUNT RIGHT? GAY MEN ARE FEMININE SOMETIMES SO THEY DONT COUNT RIGHT? EAST ASIAN MEN GET FORCEFULLY FEMINIZED SO THEY DONT COUNT RIGHT? DID YOU KNOW WOMEN CAN BE RACIST

I am Falestine, Jad Al-Haq, I am 37 years old, married, and I have a eight-month-old child named Youssef. I gave birth to him during the war during very harsh conditions that no human being can bear. I moved from the hospital immediately after giving birth to the tent in which we were staying after we were displaced to it after the Israeli bulldozers completely bulldozed my house. and my suffering did not start from here. Rather, it began since the beginning of the war, and I am still suffering. I cannot provide enough milk for my baby or diapers. Even medicines and vitamins are not available.
I ask you for your urgent help in disseminating the link to my family and communicating it to people interested and able to help us. I didn't want to do it, but the tragic situation we are living in is what pushed me to do it. I feel sad and helpless, after we had everything, we are now homeless on the streets, living in a tent next to a dilapidated public toilet and there is sewage, dirt and waste everywhere, we sleep on it! We suffer from terrible heat, insects, scorpions, the danger of death, bombs and missiles, in addition to hunger of course, the danger of pollution and terrible diseases, especially the digestive, respiratory and reproductive systems!
. My father and mother could not bear it any longer. My father had a stroke after losing his home and his place of work, and my mother suffers from chronic diseases and needs treatment.
Do you have the right to imagine that when you spend your life building for yourself and your children to live a decent life, all of this disappears in the blink of an eye, and now when you reach the age where you should rest, you are forced to start again!!? But the most important thing now is to try to survive and protect your children from all the factors of death that surround us! I ask everyone who has humanity or conscience to feel our situation and put themselves in our place. How can someone who has lived with dignity all his life accept this? We are slowly dying every day.
Your donation, no matter how small, can have a big impact. It can provide a meal for my little one, a clean bottle of water, or a moment of safety under these difficult circumstances. Every donation brings with it a ray of hope, alleviating our suffering and giving us the strength to face a new day.
I ask you to donate and support the steadfastness of the Gazan people, and share this campaign with your friends and families. Together, we can make a difference and help my family get through this ordeal.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and support.
Warm greetings,
Falestine

The City of Atlanta Georgia has decided to demolish the research and conservation center of the Amphibian Foundation. This organization works tirelessly to conserve the Frogs, Toads, Salamanders, Newts, and other amphibians in the United States. In addition, they provide key education for herpetologists on the care, conservation, and preservation of reptiles and amphibians.
This emergency need is compounded by the government mass firing of conservation officials and the pulling of funds from many of the country's conservation organizations.
If you can help please donate here:
Key points from the Amphibian Foundation.
Our building will be demolished in 2026, and we need to identify a new location (or locations) for 7 labs and over 1,000 animals, many of which are endangered and part of critical conservation programs.
We've identified a new location for most of AF, but not our research and conservation programs. We have an amazing lead, but it's not confirmed yet.
Our first fundraising project is the AF Emergency Fund as the minimum cost estimates to move this many labs and animals safely is $50,000. (It costs about 50 USD per animal to move them)
If you can't donate.. please share... here.. and everywhere else.
