A fully furnished house functional for two adults and two toddlers. I’m not in love with it, as I was too far in when I realized I couldn’t have a shower and I could only afford a single bush.

The Lake House

For your outdoorsy sims, a small but scenic single home. Yes, I realize it’s a little small to be a lake, but Pond Place didn’t have the same ring to it. You MUST have bb.moveobjects while placing or there’s no telling what might happen.

The Twin Homes

Two homes one lot made for complete opposites. One is good, neat, and cheerful, the other evil, slob, and gloomy.

 For  §75,363 you can have these fully furnished homes, but for actual  game play you probably have to disallow the doors to the opposite sims or the good sim will clean both houses, and the evil sim will light the good stove on fire. Oh, well.

American Gothic

A real Midwestern house built in the 1880′s. Famous for being painted into American Gothic by Grant Wood in 1930. 

To keep the windows as close as possible, I used content from SimsationalDesigns. You should just download everything from there anyway. Fully furnished with 1 bedroom and 1 bath for §22,485. It was placed on the empty lot in Forgotten Hollow, but it can fit on a very small lot.

Family Dream Home

Extra slot mods and under counter appliances by Teknikah. You need these in your tiny homes. You do.

Clutter by BrazenLotus. You need these things on your sinks and toilets. 

The Plumbbob Tea Society Cottage Garden Stuff Pack. Because it’s a free stuff pack just as good or better than the real ones.

Same goes for the Puffer Head Stuff Pack from MlysSimblr.

I’ll probably think of more later, but if I can’t think of it I can probably live without.

My goal was to make a tiny home cost §300,000. It was really hard because everything that actually looks good is pretty cheap, and I didn’t start on the biggest lot to add even more landscaping on. 

It is playable and no CC. I only used the toilet and sink slot mods by Teknikah. Because obviously I want to put soap by my sink and tissues on my toilet tank. Realism.
