The difference between morning jogging and evening jogging is obvious as you can see. I'm so not used to jog in the morning I can barely run 2,0 km. I almost died.
Well, but I can easily run 5 km in the evening without even noticing. Why is that? I mean seriously?!
Anyway, I wrote today farmacology final and can't wait for tommorow's parisitology final. So, for all of you out there: a parasite.
P.S. Don't know what it is know, hopefully I will know later in the evening.

Well, I didn't make it:( I wanted to catch up during the past weekend, but unfourtunatelly I visited Warsaw instead:)
So, new month. Maybe new challenge?
I figured out that it's not the best strategy to just do cardio. Some tonning is necessary, ASAP.
I'm sure I want to run 40km in may, I'm up to good start (5,6 km yesterday). I need to put some more thought into my fitness plan. Weight lifting? Diet? Because seariously my SW is still my CW. Nevertheless I'm thinking positive (naive, am I not?)

INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
3 egg whites
2 tblsp butter melted (or oil)
2 tblsp honey
1 tblsp lemon juice
grated zest of 1 lemon
few drops vinegar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup coconut flour
pinch of salt
Sweetener of choise (I used 0,4 cup erythritol, but why not stevia etc.)
1 apple cubed
1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl.
