This is his design in my Mob Psycho + Saiki K crossover... I took a stab at replicating mp100's style but I think my colors are off and maybe the head is too big,,

Also if you could tell I replaced all green details with black to match the uniform and replaced all metallic details with rose gold because I heard that mixing metals is a fashion faux pas... he doesn't get in trouble for it cuz of mind control lmao

Thinking about a mp100 tdlosk crossover again because I actually started writing something for it!! idk if I wanna post it because i might lose motivation but the first chapter is pretty much done.. might need a few tweaks

Anyway I was thinking about the possible relationship between Hairo and the Body Improvement Club

In the fic I'm writing, he joins that off the bat. Doesn't take long. But I don't think he'd do the best there.

At first, the Body Improvement Club would see him as basically the same as them: a strong guy who still seeks to improve himself. And yeah, that's technically true.

However, he's overly competitive, and a bit too dedicated to pushing himself.

The club members strike me as the kind of people that would push themselves to improve, but it also seems to me like they'd know when to stop.

Hairo, on the other hand, has STATED that he doesn't think he's trying hard enough unless he either starts bleeding or passes out from dehydration (this was around when Akechi was introduced). He also pushes himself harder than he pushes anybody else.

I don't know if the two parties will end up at odds with one another or the club will convince Hairo to be a bit more careful, but I'm really hoping for the latter.

A rare object show post surfaces out from my anime brainrot....

I have some hcs about the world of BFDI II and BOTO!! NOT theories. I take my own personal hcs into account here

Spoilers for the most recent eps of each but I'm pretty sure those were all made a while ago by now

First off it's all one world. We see characters from these shows (and to my knowledge only these shows) hang out sometimes. There are also the crossovers between BFDI and II

The US and Canada and real locations because of the crossover for the tour, the existence of BOTO, and also a personal headcanon that II takes place somewhere off the coast of the US.

Goiky is somewhere in whatever equivalent there is to Europe or Asia, and so is Yoyleland. So is Davidland.

Daily life in this world is pretty similar to that of Earth, but the casts of II and BFDI are so isolated from it that they would not know that. The characters of BOTO are at least partially aware

On a similar note, there are some issues involving Davidland's interaction with some nations because it's unclear whether Davidland is a nation or a biome.

There are magical creatures. We see dragons in both BFDI and BOTO. However, those dragons vary in intelligence levels. There are also sea serpents. The Inanimates do not count.

There are also normal creatures, such as cats and chickens, but these species vary from real world equivalents. The existence of elephants is left unclear.

The BFDI and BOTO characters that the II characters can talk to are, in fact, real. Two and MePhone4 hang out on occasion.

Most disasters that happen in Goiky are limited to Goiky. The timeline in II is probably fine because eggs or whatever

Not really a hc but maybe they should go and get Test Tube and Lightbulb. They'd know what to do

It's fun to consider technicalities tho, so here's a big ol post about my insane ramblings ^w^

Spoilers below for both series, but for the most part, there's nothing there that isn't in the anime. I mention mp100 s3 here which came out years ago but still

Different ghosts from different worlds function differently I assume? Cuz any esper can see spirits in mp100 but only mediums can see spirits and ghosts in saiki k..

Can any esper in mp100 see a ghost from saiki k? Or is any ghost from saiki k invisible to those who don't have specialized abilities??

Are mp100 spirits visible to saiki k's espers other than toritsuka???

Can Reigen see Kaido's chihuahua guardian spirit??? I know he's a dog lover so this is VERY important to me

It would be funny if Saiki, an ultra powerful psychic, could not see Dimple,, on the other hand, I want some interactions between them cuz I think they'd be funny together

I think that things would function by the rules of the universe they're in, which makes Dimple invisible in Saiki K's world (except to Reigen, whose only power is seeing ghosts so getting rid of that would just be mean...). That would also make Saiki's powers strengthened by strong emotions in Mob's world.. sounds like bad news to me, considering how powerful he is already

Also, is Saiki stronger or weaker than Mob? I mean, Saiki has a bunch of abilities that Mob doesn't, but they have weird drawbacks most of the time, like the three minute cooldown, or what's basically a 24 hour per item cooldown on turning back time.. Saiki's power alone, even if unused, can destroy the world.... but he can only teleport stuff if he trades it for something of approximately equal monetary value.

Also, Saiki's powers seem harder to control than Mob's, cuz Mob can just.... Not Use Them (even if the consequences are detrimental to his mental health). Saiki doesn't have that luxury, and is always using his powers. He has some powers that no amount of practice can control, like his premonitions (which is made worse by the fact that his unpredictable predictions are accompanied by headaches...).

Also if they did that telepath signal thing from season 3 again I think they'd explode poor Saiki's eardrums, cuz it was already pretty darn bad for Takenaka, who is probably less powerful than Saiki

Unrelated to anything canon, I like to think that Saiki's friends would be espers in Mob's universe,,, maybe they'd all have their name puns as powers? Which makes sense cuz i headcanon that Hairo already has pyrokinesis given the unhealthy and unsettling amount of heat he can generate. That being said I don't know if their name puns would be their most entertaining or compelling powers..

Speaking of name puns, I wonder if Reigen or Mob would catch on. If they did I bet they'd be confused
