''M-Musubi-ch---'' Oh boy... Minato finally snapped. He realized all he said to her. Inmediately, the boy started sweating and stuttering, his cheeks darking heavily. He was mainly embarassed, but at the same time, a humongous feeling of happiness raged through his heart. Finally, after so long, he wasn't interrupted by anyone. Finally, he was able to tell Musubi his true feelings.

Nervous and speechless, he didn't know what to do next.

Musubi didn’t want him to let go. How often did they get to be alone like this? Usually someone would be interrupting, resulting in more words unspoken between the two. Maybe it was because she was caught up in the moment, but she found herself repeating the words. “I love you, Minato-san.” 

In a fit of curiosity, the Sekirei’s hands moved to her Ashikabi’s hair, mimicking the way he was petting her. Brown eyes lit up as she did so, amazed with the texture of his hair. 

Minato-san’s hair is really soft…

''Musubi-chan...'' Minato's heart simply couldn't stop beating. Her face, her lips, her eyes-- her hair--- everything was simply perfect for his eyes. He felt an inmense need to kiss her; yet he couldn't dare. It was an unexplicable feeling. The bare fact that he didn't pass out of all the emotions he felt after such heartwarming words is a miracle itself.

''I trust you, Musubi-chan. I promise i will never let you go.''

Surprisingly calm, the man embraced her tightly, while gently brushing his palm against her hair. Petting it. Minato was internally having a rollercoaster of emotions, but he happened to be quite good at hiding so. He would only want this moment to last forever.

She waited, realizing he seemed troubled. For a bit she thought something was terribly wrong. After a few minutes of what seemed to be debating to her, his eyes met with hers. Musubi’s own eyes widened as she listened to him speak, a smile present upon her cheeks, along with a rosy tint. 

His sudden burst of determination surprised her, but not more so than the words that followed. How grateful was she, to have him for an Ashikabi. No matter how grateful she was, it wasn’t enough.

"Minato-san! Musubi loves you too..She always has! Thank you, for being Musubi’s Ashikabi, for loving her for who she is!" Overflowing with emotion, the Sekirei wrapped her arms around her Ashikabi, hugging him tightly while resting her head on his chest.

"Don’t worry, Minato-san. Musubi will definitely win against her. Musubi will always be here, forever and ever."

''W-Waaahh--!'' As usual, Musubi's acts took him by surprise, as she quickly dragged him to his bedroom. Once they were both inside, the young man sat down on his bed and emitted a deep sigh. As if he were releasing himself from tension. Suddenly, he felt extremely nervous and started sweating, without to mention how flustered he was. A few minutes passed until he had the courage to speak.

''Musubi-chan...''He pronounced her name, pointing his eyes directly at hers. Locking views. Minato shyly wrapped his fingers on her hand, act that he wasn't accustom to make. His heart started pounding, racing before he gulped and started stuttering. ''A-Ano... Musubi-chan, do you remember the last time we spoke like this...? It all... came from my heart. Ever since you falled out of nowhere, my life gave a tremendous spin. Everything that i knew had changed. My senseless, boring and repetitive life became alive... Finally, i had something to fight for. I had someone to fight for. Everything that i told you was true, b-but... There was something i forgot to tell you. Something that i've been keeping to myself for too long. I'm an useless idiot, i always keep things to myself... But not this time.''

His expression suddenly changed. It's enough to say that Minato was determined enough to tell these words. Words that he had never used on anyone... Just the thought of doing so would make his heart pound even harder. ''Musubi-chan, what i didn't manage to tell you is---!''

Stopping once again, and releasing her hand, now he placed both of his palms on the lady's shoulders.'' ''...I... I love you, Musubi. I couldn't think of a world without you.''

"Yay~ Let’s go, Minato-san!" Musubi didn’t wait for him to lead the way however, and instead grabbed him by his hand, dragging him into his own bedroom.

"But Musubi wants to hurry and talk with you!"

"Really? Musubi must have missed the call."

"Of course, Minato-san! Musubi will eat extra fast!"
