This is all true but if you see something someone has posted in the past do not be afraid to bring it up, if they apologise sincerely and it no longer reflects their opinions then do not hold it against them, but don't automatically play things off as "they probably don't still think that", for example Kevin Hart threatened physical harm on his children if they were gay as a joke and basically refused to apologise.

This whole situation is a mess, they lied about how they were making new models for everything, left in glaring mistakes like trees and huge pokemon popping into existence, or the whole world freezing when you pick a berry or climb a ladder and huge lag at times all because they refuse to give workers the time to improve these issues that they clearly knew about.

The workers feel like shit because they love the games too and have to put out an awful game they know people will hate and they even come out and admit most of game freak feels awful about the hate.

We then get all these people saying we're being childish and it's all about dexit (which it isn't) and it's our fault the staff feel so bad and even get #thankyougamefreak so it becomes popular to love on gamefreak, so the reviews then all end up being great and all the people bringing up huge legitimate complaints are silenced.

There’s a reddit thread that goes into detail about everything wrong with Pokemon Swish (spoilers, obviously) and jesus wept. I don’t know what you’d call this besides laziness. I’m legitimately considering canceling my preorder and buying Planet Zoo instead, and if I keep it, it’ll be 100% stubbornness rather than any practical sense.

Don't use your tumblr to complain about how you're awful, ignore messages from a mutual trying to pick you up for weeks, then come crying to that mutual about how you don't want them to leave tumblr, then complain everyone hates you and continue to reply to that mutual who actually wants to make friends every week at most, then post about how you want to make friends on here, and then complain that only 6 people saw a certain post from you so you must be unpopular. You do actually have to put effort in to make friends, or if you don't want to be friends with someone even though you follow them, just say!

Thoughts about the tumblr apocalypse

So not only has tumblr destroyed NSFW blogs, most sfw furries that I followed have left too, since a lot of their friends would have run nsfw blogs and they can't see yiff on here anymore either, so I tried going back on furry amino in the hope of finding a living furry community but holy cow did it go downhill.

How does a community go from a mature and friendly community based around furries turn to an immature group of kids spewing anything that comes to their mind and is based mostly around people posting memes and blogging every little thing that happens to them in less than two years?

Let's face it, tumblr is going nowhere, there's no alternative at all.

having a 3yo brother means i get exposed to kids’ shows way more often than i thought i would at this point in my life, but man, binge watching thomas the tank engine as an adult is a wild fucking experience

all these trains (and there’s like 20 counting locomotives alone, don’t even get me started on the anthropomorphic train cabins) are MAD competitive the whole time and will constantly fuck up their own whole day by tring to prove they’re the biggest baddest train. and like, i understand that you gotta get you plot from somewhere and i imagine plotlines like this happen in cars etc. as well, but the other day i was watching and i noticed that all these goddamn locomotives have DRIVERS in them. that apparently have no control over their train’s actions at all whatsoever. so these trains wake up, pick up their drivers, go to work, get taunted by another train who’s like “ha ha i see u there with your 4 cabins but did you know i can pull SIX cabins and still fucking book it at 80mph” and the 4 cabin train will be like “fuck it i gotta prove myself now, hook me up with 4 more cabins” and will inevitably derail themselves or some shit while the engine driver just shuts up and kicks back the whole time

i explained this to my brother and was like, is that fucked up or what, but he just pointed at the green train and went “that’s percy” so i guess that’s his take on the situation
