I swear I will try to talk about this story I've been brewing at some point, I've got lore bouncing around in my head, I've got a playlist of songs I think fit the vibes of these two. I just have a lot going on in my life so this is kinda on the back burner for me. I wanna work on this story so bad tho. So now we have this.

I wanted to draw something nice for Valentine's Day, probably something with Momo and Okarun cuz I just got into Dandadan recently. However I ended up getting officially diagnosed with ADHD and depression instead today. But at least I have these first sketches of Momo and Okarun that I did last week :]

I love these goobers so much and I'm trying to get anyone I can into Dandadan cuz I watched the whole anime and am caught up on the manga, so I'm a lil desperate for cute content with them. So excited for season 2 of the anime to come out, I just hope the fandom is nice to Vamola when she shows up, cuz she's so cute and doesn't deserve the hate that I fear will come her way from how she's introduced to the group.

Anyone else out here feeling nostalgic for Rise of the Guardians/Guardians of Childhood? Just me? Well I'll just put these doodles I've done this month here anyways. I'm so incredibly normal about Sandy and Pitch (I am nothing if not a sucker for all the tropes they got goin on) 🥺

Honestly, I wasn't on Tumblr when the movie came out so I pretty much missed the height of the fandom, which kinda sucks considering how hard it is for me to find the art I wanna see nowadays.

Seriously tho, who's idea was it to make the ship names like that?? I get it, it's really cute, but how tf am I supposed to find any blacksand art nowadays when most of what shows up when I search for it is just pictures taken on beaches with black sand?????? Couldn't we have at least done like the Lego fandom and tacked on "shipping" at the end of the tags? Like "blacksandshipping" or "frostbiteshipping" etc etc for each ship? I'm gonna make it a tag since y'all didn't

I'm suffering please I need more blacksand content and I can't keep digging up people's ancient posts like this, bring back rotg I beg

I know it's been a hot minute since I last posted any art on here, life has been busy and motivation scarce, but I have recently been struck with a story idea that I really want to explore. So here's a little drawing I did about it. I might make a post later about the story concept, though I still have a lot of plot I need to figure out for it :P

I am thinking about fan fiction writers, but anyone who writes any kind of fiction can answer. (As far as I’m aware, non-fiction is usually written in the past tense - but if I’m wrong do let me know!)

When I was young I gathered that all serious works of fiction were written in the past tense (past tense third person to be precise) so that is what i did when I started writing. However my mind was blown by the power and immediacy of Margaret Atwood writing in the present tense so I started to experiment with it myself, and now i strongly favour it. I get the impression that past is still the most commonly used, but I’m prepared to be surprised!

Hello! Sorry if I'm being a bother, but I have two questions: didn't you make a concept for your own proton pack? Assuming the answer is yes, how did you go about creating the concept? I'm tempted to try making my own version, but I'm not sure how to go about it.

Don't worry, this is no bother at all. And to answer your questions, yes I did design a concept for my own proton pack, though I never got the time to build it yet. And how I came up with my concept was by looking at various proton packs in the shows, movies, comics, games, and even other people's cosplays, and just picked my favorite elements and mashed them together into something that I thought might look cool.

Part of getting it to look like a proton pack has to do with keeping some of the common elements between all versions. All of them have that cylindrical collider and various wires or lights. You can obviously mix up the look of these elements, but it helps to pay attention to the pack you look at to see what makes it look like a proton pack to you, rather than just a metal backpack device thing. Hope this helps
