Comments: I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if Shizu-chan killed somebody at some point. He is extremely dangerous and a threat to civilians. It is likely you have never heard of him or his crimes because he covers them up well. If you truly wish to create a perfect world free of crime like you seem to, I would suggest adding Shizu-chan to the list.
