We are an easy-going bunch of folks, we are an open and welcoming community. LGBT+ friendly. We do have a weekly event every Thursday at 5:30pm CST held at our FC house. We are looking to have more RP events within the FC throughout the week. Nonrp things we would love to do is working as a team and help with mount farming, maps, old content raid wise, etc. We also offer roleplay interactions not just in-game but in our discord server as well. We are very active and slowly growing day by day. We welcome everyone to join us, whether across the pond in a different country, or a new player to FFXIV or FFXIV roleplay. We do offer Lore help and do our best to answer any questions we can. Very Alt friendly.

When Oak’s first was established it was simply a small tea shop and a safe place for Othardians and Doman refugees. But it wasn’t always sweet and sugary; there were tough times that the staff endured. One of the hardest times they went through as a whole was when the owner made the choice to go back to Kugane. But within doing so he turned the keys over to Gaz Khivazo giving her ownership of the Oak’s. Within time the pink loving Miqo'te transformed Oak’s into a thriving Tradepost and Tavern. She moved Oak’s from the Goblet to the Mists, where they offer to trade with local guilds for raw goods, or even private individuals. But Oak’s has thought of doing more than just offering trade goods and protection and wishes to start forming an adventuring party.

Some of my favorite traditional commissions I did last weekend at Ohayocon! I only took busts this year and still found myself with an outpouring of commission love!

😷 Under the Weather DIYs 🌩️

This post was definitely compiled during my hour of need and maybe it’ll help you during yours, too! 

I’ve got the luck of being stuck with a fever and its best friends, headache and congestion. It’s lovely, 1/10.

These DIYs were selected based on their usefulness and simplicity, so all the items you need should be right there at home with you, and so making a journey to the outside needn’t be necessary.

I’ve listed the ingredients and materials, to make it an easier check list! To get to the tutorials and how-tos, just click the link in the titles.

DIY Best Homemade Ginger Tea

1 tbsp fresh grated ginger

2 cups water

1 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup (🍁)

½ lemon, juiced

DIY “Flu Buster” Juice

1 lemon, peeled

1-4 garlic cloves

1 inch piece fresh ginger

dash of cayenne pepper 

DIY Turmeric Milk (Golden Milk)

1 cup milk 

½ tsp turmeric

1 pinch crushed pepper

1 tbsp sugar

DIY Ice Cube Tray Decongestant Shower Steamers

ice cube tray

water

eucalyptus essential oil

peppermint essential oil

DIY Lavender Decongestant Shower Melts

4 tbsp Vick’s Vapor Rub

10 drops of lavender essential oil

½ cup cornstarch

½ cup baking soda

3-4 tbsp water

purple food coloring (optional, but this is the fun part, isn’t it?)

DIY Homemade Chest Rub

¼ cup coconut oil

8-10 drops eucalyptus essential oil

8-10 drops lemon essential oil

8-10 drops peppermint essential oil

DIY Ginger Detox Soak

1/3 cup epsom salt

1/3 cup sea salt

1/3 cup baking soda

3 tbsp ground ginger

1 cup apple cider vinegar 

DIY Sinus Congestion Bath Soak

1 cup of epsom salt

½ cup of baking soda

1 mason jar or airtight container

peppermint essential oil

eucalyptus radiata essential oil

green food coloring (optional)

DIY Easy Eggs in a Mug

2 large eggs

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

You can always throw in a handful of chopped veggies, shredded ham, and/or bacon bits.

DIY All-Natural VapoRub Ointment

2 tbsp shea butter

4 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp hemp seed oil

1.5 tbsp bees wax

6 drops vitamin E Oil

5 drops lavender essential Oil

15 drops eucalyptus essential Oil

15 drops peppermint essential Oil

15 drops rosemary essential Oil
