@Anon craving sugared/fried food. I find its easier to cut down if u quit cold turkey so to speak. Get sweets from figs and fruits and salt from nuts or mackrel etc... Eventually u find that even if u do break and eat fried/sweets they suddenly feel too salty/sweet, and having smaller amounts is much easier. Also for now, id say instead of worrying about calories, trade unhealthy food for vegtables, you can eat larger portions and get more nutrition. Once u have u vitamins u may crave less.
