Reyna's bright blue eyes rolled at her words, yet the smile on her lips didn't fade. Her hands on her hips did land on her hips as she tilted her head to the side. "Please. Do you really think that you're that great of a kisser that you're going to have me hooked after the first one and I'll be begging for more?"
"Oh, so you’ve set a trap and now you’re using ancient mistletoe law against me?" Eden chuckled, taking a step closer, her voice softening but her smirk growing. Her gaze lingered on Reyna for a moment, the faintest hint of a challenge in her expression. "Fine, but just remember," she added, her voice low and teasing, "if you end up wanting a second, that’s on you."

Lacey almost had a mini heart attack when she looked away for a few minutes and her son had vanished. It wasn't until after she was frantically looking that someone had informed her that he had went into one of the frat houses. She let out a sigh of relief once seeing that he was safe and playing a video game. Unfortunately he had been with the one student of hers that was a pain in her ass since the start of the school year. When hearing that Palmer had been invited to her house for Christmas dinner, Lacey had to force a smile and looked over at her son who was still on the couch. "Did you? Parker?" Her eyebrow raised when looking at her son and then back at her student. "You're definitely... something I think about," she muttered through gritted teeth. But seeing her son jumping up and showing his enthusiasm towards the older male. He was six and since his father had left them when he had just turned two, he knew that he was probably needing some male figure to look up to, but was Palmer even the best choice? Hearing her son praising the male, her gaze moved back and forth between the two. "I guess you're coming to Christmas dinner then... if you're okay with a few crazy family members."
open to: all.
plot: your muse's kid got lost on campus and accidentally followed palmer to his frat thinking he was a family member or something. surprise! he's the most annoying student in your muse's class, except he is incredibly good with their kid and doesn't seem to have anywhere to go for christmas.
"you're lucky that lego: star wars is my favourite game 'cause otherwise, you'd walk in on us playing grand theft auto." but, even palmer wouldn't think to actually let a kid play that game. he turned off the playstation and took back the controller, setting it down as the little one ran back towards their parent. "i actually got an invite to your place for christmas dinner. is that still standing?" he grinned, but there was a bit of a sadness behind his eyes. a normally unruly frat was now empty, palmer being the only one that had no family to spend time with and not really wanting to face the family who was around. "i'm sure i'm the first person you think of when having a real, nice dinner."

Eyes blinking slowly as she continued to stare at the other female, not knowing how to respond or what to even say. Now it matters to her? Allie wanted to laugh, but she couldn't give into it and end up causing a scene. "Why exactly does it matter? It's really none of your business if I'm here with someone or I'm not. How long has it been since we last spoke?"
continued from here ♡ ( @kinciskarma )
stella watched the other slowly, unsure how exactly she was supposed to respond. she was the one that should’ve been mad — not her. “does it matter? obviously, it matters to me.” though, after a year of nearly no contact, maybe it didn’t matter to allie anymore. “who’re you here with? do i know them?"

"Because I'm used to people lying to me and screwing with my head. I was a gullible asshole in the past who got taken advantage of in the past."
"I'm not sure why you're having a hard time believe me, I haven't been this serious about a person since my late wife. No one's made me feel something like I did for her until you Iggy."

"I'm not sure if I would call it eager, maybe something else, but I'll be nice... for now at least." Iggy never really cared about who he hooked up with, but more of where he did. He didn't like it to be on set, or in any area of where he was working, due to not wanting to be interrupted. Sure, some spontaneous sex was always fun, but not when he had to be on his A game. "Plus if you're that 'eager' to get me into your trailer, I have no idea who else you have gotten from on set to follow you in there."
Obviously the older male was a bit more reserved about his sexual preferences which is something Orson understood. Although he was quite open about his own sexuality. "Maybe it's the pictures here that are most definitely you that I find quite, appealing." Orson couldn't help but roll his eyes at his response. "Fair enough but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. You could say I'm easy or just impatient. Also it's very convenient but I'm open to other ideas should your interest change. I don't think it's a secret that you're so damn attractive. Can you blame me for being a little eager to take my chances of hooking up with you?"

The more Arlo spoke about it, the more Kat was starting to feel her stomach tighten. This relationship had been different from all of her other ones. He wasn't running away. Even though she had been terrible to him, or at least she thought she was, and now with him wanting kids and her not knowing if she would be a great mother or even thought about the possibility of having kids. She was starting to feel guilty. Inhaling sharply and holding her breath for a few seconds, Kat waited a few minutes before moving again. Apparently that was something she did when she was somewhat uncomfortable. She couldn't stay still. She moved so she was now straddling Arlo's waist and looked down at him. "I know what you're saying, but I don't know if that's what you're really wanting. But there's still time, right?" Her hands moved to grab his and intertwined their fingers and gave his hands a squeeze. "This is still somewhat in early days. There's still a possibility that I will want to have a child with you. We can't see the future. Hell, you can get sick of me and my bullshit in a week or a month and not want to be with me anymore. Tomorrow you can wake up and realize how fucking nuts I am. We just don't know, do we?"
Based on her body language alone Arlo could tell that Kat wasn't used to seriously talking about this with past partners. Now that it was a trust possibility between them honesty is what mattered most. If not looking at him made her more comfortable being vulnerable and opening up, he supported it. Yet he couldn't stop himself from gently caressing her legs hoping to show that support. "You're not monster for that." He immediately answered not wanting her to think this was a deal breaker for him. "Parenting works best as a partnership, when two people work together to raise a child at least in my opinion. Anyways. I would rather be with someone I love and cherish and enjoy life with than to settle for someone just for the sake of having children. I love you Kat. I want you to carry my babies but not unless you want to do so. I won't judge you or hold resentment for it in the future if we don't end up having children together. What I want more than anything is to share my life with you as long as you'll have me," he emphasized by squeezing her knees. "You can be my family, I would be more than happy for us to be a family, just us. Okay?"

Maybe she was nice. She didn't seem like a terrible person, but she didn't want to like her. Liking her and becoming 'friends' with her would only make them have more neighbor dinners that she knew that she couldn't sit through. She couldn't sit here with her asshole of a husband and watch Rhys be happy with his wife. Just seeing him again had brought back a lot of memories and feelings that she didn't want to remember. It could have been a reason why she was all over her husband when they first arrived and while telling stories about how they met and such, which in reality it just made her sick to her stomach whenever he touched her. She wanted him to think that she was happy without him. "I just never thought of you to be in this type of community. It doesn't exactly seem to fit your style.. or at least from what I remember of it," she brought one shoulder up for half a shrug, knowing it could have been meant in multiple ways. Faking a smile, Kat picked up her wine glass and downing the rest of the liquid that had filled it. "But congratulations, I guess."
At first everything about his new home was perfect. Everything was just as his wife had imagined for them, she was happy that was most important. Then everything went sideways when he met their neighbors. Kat was someone he never imagined seeing again. Things between them had not ended on good terms. Now she was sat at his dinner table all because he wanted to encourage his wife in being the good neighbors she wanted them to be yet a tension lingered. When they were left alone together he wasn't surprised when it took Kat almost no time at all to make a comment. "She is nice, wants to make a good impression so even she knows she's trying to hard. Like most things though it comes from a good place. She has a wonderful heart." One that Rhys knew he didn't deserve but they both were getting what they wanted from this marriage. A sigh left his lips as she accosted him about his presence. "Kat, I had no idea you lived here. It's not like I keep tabs on all of my exes to know when looking for houses. In fact, I didn't even have say. My wife wanted a house. I told her find a house in this general area when I got transferred for work. You really think I would purposely choose this? This is just as uncomfortable for me as it is for you."

muse: Reyna Levy open to: females/males connections: roommate's friend/sibling/significant other, Just someone who knows Reyna's roommate. plot: Y/M is looking for Reyna's roommate and they aren't around.
Reyna stopped in her tracks while wrapping her bathrobe around her after just getting out of the shower. She hadn't been expecting anyone to be in the apartment, let alone them. "She's away for a few days... She didn't tell you? Or are you looking for something?" Reyna questioned as she now began to walk in the direction they were instead of back to her room. "She could have warned me you were stopping by at least."

"When have I made you beg for anything? Outside of the bedroom of course. Maybe I'm just having a hard time believing what you're telling me."
"What is this are you trying to tell me you actually want to be together? Or just trying to see how desperate you can make me until I beg for it."

It was safe to say that Reyna was a bit nervous at the fact that she was alone with the wife of her boss. Her icy blue eyes scanned around the area, almost in hopes that someone would end up passing and joining them. Her slender fingers tapped gently on the glass she was holding while listening to the older woman. Her eyes snapped back towards her as she finished her questioned and Reyna cleared her throat before answering. "I didn't get the position of your husband's assistant by sleeping with him if that's what you're hinting at." At least that's what Reyna was guessing that the older woman was trying to hint at. But then again... Reyna was never the type to read between the lines either.
open starter for w/m/nb muses, 22+ plot: your muse is josephine's husband's employee, they've found themselves alone in one of the rooms of the museum where the office christmas party is being held. age gap preferred, their position in the company is utp.
"i get the feeling you're the eager to please type. is that a fair assessment?" maybe it was wishful thinking on josephine's part, because she enjoyed this chance she'd gotten to feast her eyes on them, the way her gaze trailed over them was entirely shameless. "just itching to prove your worth, right? ambitious, willing to go the extra mile... giving?" her head tilted, on that last word.
