!! A new identity system has arrived! Presenting... Egg Groups !!

Egg Group: A grouping of traits that describes how you'd be classified by a Pokémon breeder. This identification can be silly/light-hearted/based on Pure Vibes or it can be a genuine statement about your species that says "this is what I would be in if I had to be organized into Egg Groups!" LIOMOGAI users may find this term useful to describe parts of their biology/desired biology, something about the species they are, or for some reason not listed here.

Ditto Egg Group: Identifying as belonging to the Ditto Egg Group, which is an egg group from Pokémon that only consists of the Pokémon Ditto. Creatures in this Egg Group have the unique ability to breed with any member of every other Egg Group, besides the No Eggs Discovered Group.

Monster Egg Group: Identifying as belonging to the Monster Egg Group, which consists of Creatures that are powerful, bipedal or quadrupedal, most likely has a tail or claws, and usually reptilian (such as Cubone, Larvitar, Rhyhorn and Axew).

Author's Notes: I'm gonna make flags for all the canon Egg Groups from the games, but Egg Groups don't have to be just those, you can make up your own. I have some ideas for weirdcoric Group, Feline Group and you can pretty much do whatever you want. Copy the little description format I wrote for Monster!

Author's Notes 2: in the Pokémon games, Pokémon species can be in up to two group groups, but i think there's nothing stopping you from identifying with a bunch of egg groups if you find it useful.

a flag with 9 horizontal stripes. The top stripe is a deep pink and is the thickest, the second is a deep red that is almost black and is significantly thinner than the first. The third is even thinner, slightly lighter and pinker. The fourth is the thinnest and is a red pink. The fifth is thicker and bright pink. The rest of the stripes are the same pattern backwards. In the middle of the flag there is a light pink symbol made of a circle, a curly cue shape inside of the circle, slightly overlapping it, and a small heart in the middle.

these can be an umbrella term for those kin with a pokemon of that type, flags for someone kin with a pokemon of that type who aren’t sure what pokemon they are specifically, flags for being a pokemon type conceptkin, etc.

Phylobeing

Me watching all my headmates not know how to describe this term one of us made: fine, I’ll do it myself.

Phylobeing is an alterhuman term that’s for not humans who aren’t really psychological, spiritual, or for fun. They don’t know why they are like this. They may feel connected to “energies” or their disorders, but it doesn’t feel like that’s the reason their not human and more of just a thing they do.

Phylobeing is also cringe on purpose, and rejects the idea of needing to meet another’s expectations/standards of “normal” or acceptable.

The alter who created this term (they go dormant randomly, they’re fine) created it because of their not human identity that didn’t really come from anything, it was not spiritual/psychological/for fun, and it simply just was. :)

There are Subterms (called phylobranches) I’ll be posting, too! Sorry if this still doesn’t make sense, lol-

An umbrella term for any beings(alterhuman or nonhuman) who appear human but something doesn't look right.

What "doesn't look right" about this being can be pinpointed or nearly impossible to do so.

Some examples can be, but are not limited to:

Shapeshifters with a highly preferred human form

Humans/Human-like beings with a sense of uncanny valley to them

Extremely human-looking AI + can apply to uncanny valley depending on the AI in question

Humans with minimal traits considered "unrealistic" - ie: Fangs, slit pupils, a functional tail, etc.

Pseudohumans

Human equivalent of not-deer

Very humanoid non-human beings (ie: some faes, vampires, etc.)

Something else one might use this term for

Whether it is a kintype or a linktype, it doesn't matter! This label is for everyone!

Hi! I hope I am doing this right. May I request a nonhuman-loves-human flag? Not sure if I've seen any similar term floating around, this would be more of a relationship pride flag rather than an orientation flag (so not nh4h) if that makes sense? Thank you so much!

Name: Nonhuman non-conforming (NHNC)

A spin on my old term, human non-conforming! Rather than an umbrella term, this one is more of an identity label: those who do not conform to typical notions of nonhumanity. The specifics are up to the user!

Flag colors are a colder version of the original HNC flag. Symbol is also inspired: I used an arrow inspired by the alterhuman symbol for general nonhumanity, with some human elements to symbolise nonconformity. Of course, you don't have to be in any way human to use this term: I just wanted to stick to the original vibes.

Human Animal Object Flag Combo

Human: last surviving species of the genus Homo and the species sapiens; a form of primate bipedal hominidae.

Animal: a living organism that feeds on organic matter, typically having specialized sense organs and nervous system and able to respond rapidly to stimuli; animalia, kingdom of multicellular eukaryotes whose cells are bound together by collagen.

Object: in astrophysics/STEM/formal sciences, a contiguous collection of matter, within a defined boundary (or surface), that exists in space and time or is otherwise fathomable. Usually contrasted with abstract objects (hard sciences) and mental objects (humanities).

You can use this flag however you want, in an alterhuman way (eg. objectkin therian humanhearted), in a singletn't way, in a menre way, or in general. In my lived experience and to my interpretation, I live in a physical body (object) that is made of flesh (animal) and bone (human). My mind/thymopsyche (internal self/ego/personhood) is virtual/digital (immaterial/immanent), therefore a belief if distinguished from mind-body dualism.

Sekinfluid

A term for when one is Kinfluid, but in a way where you are both your (kin)type and a separate entity at the same time. This term is intentionally broad and I will not gatekeep it. Any form of 'kin ( and others ) may use this to describe their experiences if they feel it fits !!

The term comes from combining the Latin prefix "Se-" ("apart") with kinfluid. If you prefer a different prefix to "kin" or wish to translate it you can replace that part ( ex. Sefictionfluid for one who is fictionkin and prefers the "fiction-" prefix, Sealterfluid for one who prefers the "alter-" prefix, etc. )

The colors and format of the flag come from combining this Kinfluid flag ( and it's symbol ) along with multiple of these 'kin flags and this specific Otherkin flag design ( for it's use of very pretty gradients on the symbols. )
