Mycelium A fungi plant system, that allows the transfer of nutrients between plants. While Darwin originally thought plants, and trees functioned as individuals, they actually function as a community. This project explores how people could tap into this communication system, or if plants “could talk” The three different proposals visualize the possible ways this project could take form. 1. plant box 2.plant wall 3. in the natural enviroment Sounds/visuals Actual plants, dirt, moss, the makey makey would be attached to the root system. Activating the other parts of the plants Possible Sounds 1. sounds of conversations 2. Music, other forms of human preformance 3. An alternative language
