hey tay! so my name’s emily. i don’t really know where to start besides saying thank you. you’ve practically been an older sister as well as a best friend to me for the past 9ish years now i think? i’ve loved you and your music since i was 7 or 8 and well now i’m 16 so we’ve practically grown up together, haven’t we?

i just wanted to thank you for always being there for me. i could always turn to your music no matter how life was and it has always been kinda like a comfort blanket if that makes sense? you give me a feeling of home and safety and your music can always calm me down. you and your music have gotten me through the toughest of times and i could never thank you enough. you bring happiness into my darkest days. things are pretty bad right now, my anxiety is getting worse and things are really bad at home, i just feel like i can’t escape. but when i’m dancing with you, everything feels alright. even if it’s just for a few hours, i’m happiest when i’m with you. so i’m super glad that i get to feel that happiness four times this summer. thank you for giving me a reason to hold on.

i drove 5 hours to see you at chicago n1 and it was so amazing, i cant believe how far you’ve come. from seeing you at fearless tour to seeing rep tour…just wow!!! i’m beyond proud of you. i was dancing and screaming all night, everyone was staring but i didn’t care because i was having the time of my life. when the show was over the woman next to me said “you were so much fun to watch, your enthusiasm and energy was so entertaining” so i guess i went pretty hard lol. i cant wait to do it all again in louisville nashville and indy!!

you have also introduced me to some of my closest friends online as well as some of my favorite bands!! i began listening to fall out boy once you brought patrick out on red tour and they led me to paramore, both of which now mean the world to me, so thank you!!
