I shot the Wendybird!
The most reserved of The Lost Boys, Tootles remains humble even though he has many misadventures. He is thought of as sweeter than all the other boys and more accepting. He was easily duped into thinking killing the Wendybird was a great favour to Peter so, he was the one that shot her to her 'death'. In Storybrooke, Tootles grew up to his teen years making his belief in Neverland almost non-existant.
