Its funny how i firstly read a book about running before i actually doing it. I still have this first edition of Murakami's book, circa April, 2009. A memoir that lured me into doing what i did (and still am) and realised that running is not a mere physical satisfaction but more to that, an avenue to think outloud and ponder various things. A meditation time really, to get high on pain and breathlessness. and thereby discover that pain is inevitable but suffering is optional. – View on Path.
