From the moment we were born, my cousin and I shared a bond that was destined to go beyond the typical family relationship. Not only is she my cousin, but she’s also my best friend – the one I turn to in every situation, the one who knows me better than anyone else.Some of my earliest and happiest memories are with her. We were inseparable, spending every summer together at our grandparents' house. Whether it was building forts in the living room or exploring the nearby woods, those childhood adventures laid the groundwork for a lifelong friendship.As we navigated the tricky teenage years, our bond only grew stronger. We shared secrets, gave each other advice, and stood by each other through school dramas and first loves.
