absolute zero

This is the post,

where I’m in my lowest point

Semuanya baik-baik aja, datang kuliah masih ikut haha-hihi bareng temen-temen.

Semuanya baik-baik aja, pergi ke part-time masih bisa senyum.

Waktu kosong biasanya diisi sama kegiatan organisasi kampus, ngerjain tugas kuliah, dan part-time. Tapi waktu itu, kuisi dengan tidur.

07.00 -- Kuliah

09.00 -- Pulang

09.15 -- Tidur

13.00 -- Kuliah

14.00 -- Pulang

14.15 -- Tidur

16.00 -- Rapat himpunan

18.30 -- Part-time

20.00 -- Pulang

21.00 -- Tidur

Begitu selalu, selama hampir satu bulan. Terus, keingetan kalau tanda-tanda depresi itu antara susah tidur atau kebanyakan tidur. I’m surely is the second one. Gue anggap itu hanya bercanda.

Saat itu, gue menganggap depresi adalah sesuatu yang wah, dan bukan sesuatu yang harus dibesar-besarkan.

Sampai suatu saat, gue mengalami mental breakdown di kelas.

Gue inget banget, saat itu gue lagi kuliah mata kuliah Kalkulus II, jam 10.00 WIB, hari Jum’at.

I cried. I cried. I cried.

I let it all out.

Untungnya, waktu itu gue duduk di bangku paling belakang, jadi cuma temen sebelah gue yang merhatiin kalau gue lagi nangis.

Gue akhirnya sadar, gue mengalami depresi. Gue sadar, disaat gue lagi sendirian, gue udah jarang senyum karena mengingat kebodohan-kebodohan yang teman-teman gue lakukan. Gue sadar, disaat sendirian, gue lebih sering main handphone ngga karuan, dengan tatapan kosong, memikirkan hal-hal lain yang ngga ada hubungannya sama apa yang gue lagi buka di handphone itu.

Gue ngga tau harus cerita ke siapa. Karena gue selalu dikecewakan dengan respon orang-orang yang sebenarnya tidak terlalu peduli dengan cerita gue.

Tapi waktu itu, reaksi gue adalah menangis.

I don’t know for how long.

Gue pikir menangis akan membantu meringankan apa yang gue rasa, walau hanya sedikit. And it works. Tapi ngga untuk waktu yang lama.

Pikiran ini masih kelabu. Masih hujan, disertai guntur yang kencang.

Hati ini masih keras. Dingin. And it’s slowly reaching my absolute zero.
