balled fist slammed upon the wall beside the largest lion; the mission had gone awry, although not terribly so. frustration had mounted more and more with every little thing that had changed, every bit of the plan that had failed --- and now Hunk was sitting in a healing pod, the yellow lion’s body damaged from what it had undergone. how had Shiro managed all of this? a growl, loud and irate, tore from his throat, lavender-tones focused on the ground. what kind of leader was he, getting his men hurt and endangered like that? he had been trying to actually approach this like Shiro had, trying to be cautious (so against his nature, reckless as it was) and actually lead properly, and yet it had failed. the approaching presence of the other paladin went completely unnoticed, so caught up was Keith in his own doubt and anger.
