IN “FIRE,” THE SECOND BOOK IN THE SERIES, THE MAIN CHARACTER (HER NAME IS FIRE BTW THE TITLE OF THE BOOK) SHE’S NOT WHITE. AND NEITHER IS THE PRINCE. NEITHER IS THE KING. NEITHER IS ANYONE IN THAT BOOK. EVERYONE IN THAT MEDIEVAL FANTASY YA NOVEL HAS DARK SKIN.

A+++++++++++ FOR FEMINISM. ALL OF HER FEMALE CHARACTERS KICK. ASS. AND NOT NECESSARILY WITH A SWORD OR SOME KIND OF WEAPON ALTHOUGH THAT’S COOL TOO. KRISTIN MOTHERFUCKING CASHORE UNDERSTANDS THAT A WOMAN DOESN’T NEED TO WIELD A WEAPON TO BE CONSIDERED STRONG.

Okay consider: kandreil and pda

yes good

kevin is super reluctant with pda because like he said,, it’s easier to be straight (but he’s not,, none of the foxes are straight lbr)

andrew and neil are out but the public has no idea that kevin is also in the relationship

when neil gets back from baltimore kevin is just like “fuck it” because neil almost died and he needs to stop being so worried about what people would think

if people trash him because of his relationship, what does it matter?

kevin grabs neil’s hand when they’re getting coffee and neil looks up at him, shocked, but then he just smiles

the press gets a picture obviously,, when will they not?

and they think that they just discovered some huge scandal 

“is neil josten cheating on andrew minyard with kevin day?” (that headline is a mess)

neil sees it and laughs for fifteen minutes straight

the next day he’s seen with both andrew and kevin and “did he just kiss both of them???”

the people are confused and neil doesn’t understand what’s so confusing about it

they get so many questions about their relationship and neil just sasses them because “it isn’t any of your business. you’re supposed to be asking about the game, not our personal relations”

neil standing in between andrew and kevin and holding both of their hands, absentmindedly swinging his arms

he’s so fucking cute i am in tears

okay,, sam got this fucking image in my head and it isn’t getting out

neil running across the field to kevin and just jumping at him and kevin catches him and they kiSS 

andrew is seen blankly staring at his boyfriends like what fucking losers,,

people think it’s jealousy but lbr he is just mentally counting the percentage of hatred that he feels

neil and kevin bring their little moment over to andrew and the cameras stay pointed at them

“i hate you both”

neil just smiles and kevin rolls his eyes

they proceed to do the post-game dirty when they get back to the dorm

the press never gets a straight answer to their questions (no pun intended it might have been intended)

Week Five: Welcome back to the LGBT+ Masterlist Project!

Hi again! I sat down this week and listened to music for hours on end (I cannot complain, I love music so much), and after much research I am back with a masterlist of LGBT+ Music! I decided to make three main lists. The first list is of LGBT+ music references outside this post, the second list is of music videos with LGBT+ themes (most but not all are by LGBT+ artists), and the third is a list of LGBT+ artists by genre - including bands with LGBT+ members - and links to where you can listen to them.

I had a lot of fun this week putting together this post. A huge thank you to my girlfriend @mightyachillis for the gifs and to everyone who helped by sending me messages and reblogging previous posts with comments. I am always happy to get recommendations and I will be updating over time, so if you feel like there’s something missing in this week’s list or in any of the other weeks’ masterlists, feel free to message me about it! Also, please let me know if there is a musician here that doesn’t identify with LGBT+ in the artist section; I don’t want to mislabel anyone.
