  One thing I loved doing with these is pouring them into my coffee. Also, I needed to go out of state and rented a car well, these were the perfect take along and helped me stay away from gas station junk food/candy.

  MUSCLE MILK 100-CALORIE

  Muscle Milk 100 Calories uses the same high quality proteins as Muscle Milk but in a convenient 100 calorie serving. With 15 grams of protein in each carton, Muscle Milk 100 Calories provides ultra portable protein to help fuel your recovery, whenever and wherever you need it.

  This product is lactose free, gluten free (GF) and sugar free whilst containing 20 essential vitamins and minerals—amazing!

  Cytosport’s Muscle Milk has “developed a unique mix of complete multi-source proteins. These include calcium sodium caseinate, milk protein isolate, and whey, which provide amino acids - the building blocks of muscle tissue.” In other words, this amount to a form of time release as different proteins digest at different rates.

Steve’s Paleo sent along a sample of their various products for the purpose of review. Today we will consider their all natural Paleo jerky, fruit, nut butter and granola.

  The best products come about due to real people seeking to fulfill real needs and not finding anything suitable already out there. Here is a little background:

It all started with a KIT and a KID. In 2007, our founder Steve Liberati was working for his father's exterminating business, but his real passion was nutrition and fitness. After getting to know some young teens on his regular route, he was moved to invite them to workout with him in a local park.
