Cringetober is over! this was a fun peice to end with, just the cozy vibes of hanging out with the fam and watching a horror movie. (Kani chose it)

recent episode made me feel very validated in the fact that Kinger was my favourite character. day 23 of cringetober: adult cartoon.

Something that genuinely saddens me is that I could probably be a successful internet artist if I enjoyed making fan art.

The definition of candy gore is vague, I think its just using pastel colours when rendering organs. I am not shy when it comes to showing a dudes innards (I have 2 intestine warnings in my comic) but I just didn't have any characters I felt like disembowelling. So here's Ira when his skin turning translucent, I wanna get good at drawing vertebrae so bad...

Not super alt, but I did 2 of these for a scrapped animation meme. These are the elder reapers, Alacran and her two demigod kids before Ira, Leucos and Psychros. Leu and Psy are fun because Ira struggles balancing his life with his role as a demigod, and they're 500 and also still struggling. They're better at controlling their powers and are well-connected (well, Leu is, Psy spends most of her time vibing in the middle of the ocean).

Leu wants Ira to not have to go through the hardships that they did, so they play a big role in teaching him about his powers and using their big cash pile to keep Emi afloat. but as Ira gets older Leucos has this quiet resentment of him because Ira has a huge family that loves him, a good relationship with Alacran and Ira just fundamentally likes himself, and likes other people, likes being alive. Leucos doesn't have any of that, and has resigned themself to the fact that they never would. And even though they had a huge role in building that safety net and providing Ira a healthy environment so that he could love himself and others, they hate that Ira is happy and that they aren't. Leucos is a boomer that needs therapy, is what I'm saying.

Psychros elected to not engage with Ira at all until he was at least 40, she thinks he's a baby and that his problems don't matter and that everything he says is stupid. Psy thinks this about pretty much everyone. She is also a boomer who needs therapy.
