I know exactly what you mean about not being able to stop thinking about food, and fitness!! Its so annoying and sometimes really upsetting. The best thing to do is distract yourself. I know, easier said than done....Go help a parent, gardening, dancing, watch a film, read a book. This will not take over your life! You're going to be just fine :)

Aww, that's a shame. That happened to me when I first started my healthy lifestyle. I started counting calories and refused to eat anything without a certain amount of fat or sugar etc. What about food is stressing you out? Is it whether it's healthy or not?
I don't count calories or anything like that. It's not food that's stressing me out, it's the constant thinking about food that is stressing me out. I honestly don't even know why I can't stop thinking about it.
