That in the Ripley's scroll in the London's library you find out how can be the famous philosopher's stone created. The final act is that three orbs (red, white and black) are coming together to create philosopher's stone. After Harry's parents got killed, first three people holding baby Harry before he is given to Dursley's are Sirius, Hagrid and Dumbledore. Sirius Black represents the black orb, Hagrid the red orb (Rubeus is red in latin) and Dumbledore the white orb (Albus is white in latin). Harry represents the philosopher's stone that is elixir of life. Harry became the master of death and came back to life.
