Common sense tells us that only living things have an inner life. Rabbits and tigers and mice have feelings, sensations and experiences; tables and rocks and molecules do not. Panpsychists deny this datum of common sense. According to panpsychism, the smallest bits of matter – things such as electrons and quarks – have very basic kinds of experience; an electron has an inner life. Read on…

Your brain and your body are actually light condensed into matter and matter is still just waves condensed into particles that can be anywhere anytime and they can interact with light - so actually everything you are and see and interact with is a wave and a vibration - you consciousness is also a vibration so in a very PHYSICAL sense you are consciousness manifested from the quantum field
No more soul/body dichotomy. I reject soul/body dichotomy. There is only the body. Your “soul” is just your brain activity, and your brain is your body.

Sayings from the walls of the ancient Egyptian Luxor Temple:
“Your body is the temple of knowledge.”
“The kingdom of heaven is within you; and whosoever shall know himself shall find it.”
“Know the world in yourself. Never look for yourself in the world, for this would be to project your illusion"
and from the Bible:
“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” - 1 Corinthians 3:16
