Stoner Albedo Headcanons:

Albedo is a very I mean V E R Y stressed chemistry major and illustration minor, gets 3 hours of sleep almost every night and works at his university on the side. How the hell does he make time to smoke some za? He smokes bowls.

What is happening in Armenia

You may or may not have heard that there is a war happening in the Republic of Artsakh between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

On the morning of September 27th, the Azerbaijani army attacked the entire length of the line of contact in Artsakh eith rocket-propelled grenade launchers and drone strikes. They started shelling many towns and cities in Artsakh, including the capital - Stepanakert. Civillians have been harmed and people are now in shelters. Both Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh have declared martial law and the mobilization of troops.

Currently, as of September 29, Azerbaijan has started attacks on Armenia itself - shelling the villages of Vardenis.

It is worth mentioning that Ilham Aliyev, the president of Azerbaijan, has blocked all social media in Azerbaijan to control propoganda. The only social media remaining unblocked is Twitter, where Azerbaijan keeps spreading external propoganda. People of Azerbaijan believe that Armenia has striked first, which is NOT the case; Azerbaijan striked first.

It is worth mentioning that the president of Turkey, Tayyip Erdogan, has taken an aggressive stance towards reviving ultra nationalists and taking back lands of the former Ottoman Empire, which was built on stolen land to begin with. Erdogan has employed mercenaries who have ties to extremist groups - HTS (al-Qaeda) and ISIS.

Since Turkey and Azerbaijan consider themselves one nation as a whole separated from Armenia's geographic position, they will do anything to unify both nations (as seen with the 1915 Armenian genocide). Therefore, it is no wonder that Erdogan has flown out thousands of those "Syrian" mercenaries (aren't actually Syrian, they are jihadists) from an undisclosed military airport to the Azerbaijani border.

So, what can you do to help?

Financial donations and spreading awareness! Donating money will help as it will be used to repair and develop villages, supply the military, pay for blood donations and medical supplies, and help out civillians in need.

I’ve seen a lot of posts on my dash tonight about users who are threatening suicide, with other Tumblr members posting in effort to try to get ahold of them. I think you all should see this:

IF THERE IS EVER A TUMBLR USER WHO HAS POSTED A GOOD-BYE MESSAGE, SUICIDE NOTE, VIDEO, OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT, PLEASE FOLLOW THIS POST.

1. Scroll to the top of your dashboard.

2. See the circular question mark icon at the top? It’s the third one over from your home symbol. Click on that, and a screen similar to the one in the picture will come up.

3. Where you can type in questions, the box with the magnifying glass at the top, type in the word “suicide.”

4. Click on the first link that shows up. It should say, “Pass the URL of the blog on to us.”

5. Type in the user’s URL and tell Tumblr admin that the user is contemplating suicide and has posted a message indicating that they are going through with it or will be attempting. Hit send! Tumblr administration will perform a number of actions to contact the user and take the necessary steps to prevent the suicide.

TUMBLR: THIS COULD SAVE A USER’S LIFE. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE SUICIDE THREATS.
