Hello! My name is KaylaRCreates! I'm a new user here on Tumblr who loves working on original works (with the occasional fanwork on the side). I came from Instagram so some of y'all might recognize me. I'm a little nervous about joining but glad I'm here!

I'm a Christian artist that enjoys writing and illustration! Might occasionally do animatics. I also love nature and studying typology, Enneagram and MBTI mostly.

So my toddler niece came over today and I was wearing a Welcome Home hoodie I got for Christmas. She kept pointing at the Wally drawings on my hoodie, especially Home, and the thought of her loving Wally's drawings was so cute I had to get a quick sketch and color of it.

Secret Ties and Prying Eyes

While staying with her grandmother, Evelyn "Eve" Fairfax decides to visit her childhood tree house in her grandmother's backyard to relive some childhood nostalgia, especially when it came to her childhood favorite TV show, Welcome Home. However, during her reminiscing, she discovers that the "It's For You" Telephone she got for her fifth birthday can ring by itself. Not only that, but picking up the phone revealed that it was connected to Wally Darling himself. He could COMMUNICATE with her!

Soon enough Eve finds herself transported to another world...not just any world....but the world of the puppet show itself, Welcome Home. She's utterly baffled by the fact she can interact with Wally and the other neighbors, not to mention her new puppet body that forms whenever she enters the puppet world. She's excited!...but also confused. Eve can't help that there's more behind this that what she thinks, and she believes her grandmother, the phone, and Wally are connected....𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘄?

Eve's Relationships with the neighbors

Eve gets along with Wally and Barnaby the most out of all of them. The only neighbor she's not a fond of is Sally because their personalities clash. She still is cordial towards her though.

...And of course there's the obvious crush that she has on Wally. She's not too open about it and is actually very bashful and awkward around Wally when romance is mentioned or when he feels romantic and bashful around her.

Introducing Evelyn "Eve" Fairfax

Evelyn "Eve" Fairfax is my own character for Welcome Home. I created her to be placeholder for Y/N but with a bit of my own incorporated traits. She's shy, creative, anxious, loyal, honest, and quite level-headed (unless her protective instincts kick in)

Evelyn Fairfax is originally a human that lived in the real world...a fresh-out-of-college person dedicated to creativity and nostalgia. Her favorite show ever since she was a child was Welcome Home, which she often watched with her grandmother.

But within a certain mystery that contained her childhood treehouse and the "It's For You" telephone she got for her birthday one year, she was suddenly transported to the world of Welcome Home...with a new form. A puppet form.
