KFC Famous Bowl Casserole

Ingredients:

-1.5 lbs Popcorn Chicken

-8 oz Instant Mashed Potatoes

½ cup Sour Cream

-12 oz Whole Kernel Corn

-1 cup Chicken Gravy

-4 cups Mild Cheddar Cheese

-1 tsp Salt

-1 tsp Pepper

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 375०

-Cook popcorn chicken fully and set aside

-Prepare instant potatoes according to package. Add salt, pepper, and sour cream. Set aside.

-In a 9x13 glass baking dish layer potatoes, corn, chicken, gravy, and cheese in that order.

-Bake for 15-20 minutes or until corn is done and cheese is melted.

-Let stand for 5 minutes

Serve with biscuits!
