“Drinks are the only way I could’ve survived this long,” Katerina mused. “How could I refuse?” She smiled, leaning against the bar. “You’re one of Elena’s kids, right?” 

“Well, I don’t know about you, but I need a drink.” Jake said as he slid onto the nearest open bar stool, and waved for the bartender. It was becoming more of a habit, ending up drinking when rehearsals ended, but for everything that was happening it seemed like the most mindless use of his time. “First round’s on me, what d’you say?”

“This better be water...” Katerina looked down at her shoes before back at the wolf. She had been passing by when she saw him spill his drink, only for some of it to run off the table and onto the floor and her shoes.

Alejandro was at the Book Cafe, completely enthralled with his list of spells. His legs bounced as he read each of them carefully in his head. As he reached for his drink, the Lockwood knocked it over, spilling the contents. “Son of a,” He hissed as he reached for napkins.

“I do hope you didn’t drool,” Katerina spoke up as she entered her room. “Don’t worry, I didn’t do anything. Well, except for bring you here.” She raised her hands in defense. “You were alone and practically out of it when I found you. It was just easier to bring you here,” she shrugged. See, Katerina wasn’t always so mean.

Murphy slowly opened his eyes as he stirred on the bed.  He turned as he looked around the room that wasn’t his own.  Trying to place how he ended up in the unknown bedroom in the first place.  The last he remembered was going out with a couple of friends.  He wasn’t normally the type to go hard.  Even when around friends which made him more confused.

Kol wasn’t one to go easy on people that started a fight. Seeing that it was Hayley he did feel like he needed to help her out as he vamped over and kicked one of the men away from her before snapping the neck of the other one. “There we are.”

Hayley let out a sigh of relief after the attackers were taken care of. “Thanks, Kol...” Clearing her throat, she looked down at the one body.

Hayley was walking home from a long day of work. Invested in her seemingly endless list of unread emails, she hadn’t realized she was being followed until it was too late. Taken off guard by the first man that came at her, she swung, only to be caught by the other. The hybrid let out a growl as her back hit the wall. “You sons of-” she spat before she heard a third person arrive on the scene.
