I've seen Ben & Jerry's on some Boycott lists, and I assume it's because they've stated they 'support the State of Israel', but please know it was said in response to accusations of antisemitism against the company and its founders (who are both Jewish) when they called out the Israeli occupation of Palestine.
In 2021, the company announced they'd be pulling sales from illegal Israeli settlements on Palestinian land as protest against the occupation. Ben and Jerry went on to further clarify that Israel's colonization of Palestine "violates the basic human rights of the Palestinian people".

It's also worth reiterating that the company made this decision back in 2021, when Palestine didn't have nearly as much popular support in countries like the US as it does today. The announcement caused their stock to plummet and led to lawsuits from their own investors, but they've maintained their anti-settlement stance anyway.

Basically, Ben & Jerry's (and the founders, Ben and Jerry) have been publicly anti-occupation, pro-Palestine for years. For some people in the US, the Ben & Jerry's announcement was the first time they'd heard about the occupation (which is awful, I know, but a lot of Americans live in a bubble). If you're craving ice cream here's where to buy Ben & Jerry's.

I fucking despise when a middle schooler is like “I hate being 13.” and everyone is like “Oh honey, it only gets worse. You don’t know the meaning of struggle.” like no. Let’s be honest. 12-15 is a really difficult age to be. It’s usually when you start waking up to how fucked up the world around you is but you’re still so young and immature that you can’t begin to fix it. It’s a time of horrible change, mentally, physically, prospective-wise.
Personally, it was when the onset of my mental illness developed. My parents’ marriage dissolved in a series of drunk sometimes violent arguments, I was stuck in the house with them, helpless to leave. I would rather kill myself than be 13 again in all honesty. The best part of being 13/14 is that you’ll never be 13/14 again.

I don't know who needs to hear this but you've probably got vegetables in your fridge that are starting to go a little off so you should probably plan on making a frittata or a pot of soup in the next couple days.

There are people who believe that dropping nuclear bombs is justified but setting a cop car on fire is terrorism.
No, really. That's not an exaggeration. That's not hypothetical. People actually, literally believe that. And it's not just a few people.
They're not fundamentally opposed to violence. They just believe that certain people should have a monopoly on violence.
