Cody likes to pretend he is annoyed by his crazy little brother Rex.

He likes to think of himself as the no-nonsense, by the book strategist who never employs crazy heroics or half baked schemes.

But the truth is he attracts crazy like a magnet.

First he gets Rex for a little brother. Rex is a maniac. Rex is such a maniac that he does something that no one ever speaks about to get those Jaig eyes. That means it was either so heroic he probably almost died saving a bus load of orphans or so crazy that it shouldn’t have worked and they don’t want anyone to try imitating it.

Then he gets assigned Kenobi who is not only crazy and gets taken captive all the time, he’s also super hot, constantly losing his clothes and equipment, and flirty to an indecent level.

If that’s not bad enough Kenobi’s mildly disturbed and also batshit crazy former padawan and his manic nexu padawan are also around all the time. Somehow the fourteen year old is the least crazy of all three of them. And isn’t that terrifying.

Then Rex adopts two manic spider monkeys in Echo and Fives. So Cody’s got grand-nutters now.

Waxer and Boil are only mildly insane for almost adopting a grade school age kid in the middle of a war.

And then he adopts four reject clones with weird abilities, a severe problem with authority and military discipline, that reject standard tactics entirely and seem to just make shit up as they go along.

The truth is that Cody loves crazy. He can’t get enough of it
