Headguards used in amateur boxing can well be used for martial arts such as karate. However, they don’t provide any padding in the back of the head. And there is no pad on the top, either.

The Yokkao brand of fighting gear is popular with kick boxers from Thailand. They are easy to put on and off. Thais prefer a loose fit and cheek protectors for their face.  Green leather looks great on women with blonde hair! Green is a hip colour!
