Something weird happened in this recording... Usually my heart is quite steady, but this time, after my exercise routine my heart was beating sooo fast, as usual, or at least I thought so, after a few moments my heart rate suddenly dropped down, I even got a little dizzy, it felt soooooo weird, it's like it wanted to race and pump enough blood to send oxygen to my body but my heart couldn't... Each beat was very intense, I could literally feel each contraction, but it was not a fast enough rhythm to say that my heart was working properly

My heart skipped a beat

Pretty short recording but I LOVE this recording, I was about to sleep, my heart was very calm, beating slow and steady... So, why not play a lil bit with it and see how this muscle reacts? After some breatholds my heart just skipped a beat, just and only once, but it felt incredibly good that little stumble in my chest! 🫀

You might be wondering why all the excitement just for a single skip? Well, my heart is very, VERY steady, it almost never misses a beat (I guess in terms of health I have excellent cardiovascular health, my is really strong)

So that's why I really appreciate it when my heart skips a beat and it's even better when I catch it on my recording and can share it with all of you
