Slytherin is the “smart” house. Ravenclaw is witty and creative; there is a big difference between that and “smart.” Slytherins can force themselves to do hard work in order to achieve their dreams and handle the nitty-gritty bc y’all are bad b*tches whom I respect deeply****. And while Ravenclaws would love to learn, acedmeic work takes second to to all the Wikipedia page to be read, crafts to be made, and legos to build.

Furthemore, Horned Serpent is Slytherin’s (most of the time) counterpart because y’all think with your brains. Once again: bad b*tches. Ravenclaws are Thunderbirds (most often) because we think with our souls, and go where our creative intuition leads us. Both houses are intelligent, but one is more exact while one is more abstract. Both deserve immense amounts of respect.

****it should also be noted that while y’all are doing that hard work you also are the embodiment of work smarter not harder, getting that tedious work done efficiently. Y’all Cunning!
