AHNTAE wanted to do something different from the other members, so he tapped into his theater kid heart and made this song. With the help of Chan and some producers, he made 'Needed a change of pace.'

The stage puts emphasis on the theatrical choreography, acting, and live band. With fun lights and screens, the stage was a success.

Father and son-

Chan started to develop a fatherly love for him, much like he did for the other kids, so he took care of Taeji whenever he was needed. Since Taeji is the new maknae, Chan dotes on him often, but still giving Jeongin that same attention.

Mini fic- "During the filming of the ‘Snow kids world’ Skzcode episode, both Chan and Changbin gave up their jackets to make sure Taeji was warm. Chan also got all of his orders for the food trucks, making sure he didn’t have to move from his warm spot. Taeji jokingly said “Thanks dad” every time he got him a new ramen cup."

When Minho found out they had a lot of the same interests, he instantly connected with him. They bonded over watching random Ghibli movies at late hours. They developed into going shopping and modeling each other’s outfits.

Mini fic- "Minho and Taeji just got back to the Minsung dorm, greeting Jisung as they go to Minho’s room. The bags, coming from many luxury stores, filled the bed. They organized everything and started to change into different outfits. They rated each other while giggling, sometimes going to get Jisung’s opinions. After all that, Taeji stayed for dinner and slept in Minho’s bed. The next morning, Minho woke up early to guarantee that Taeji and Jisung would have a good breakfast."

Changbin and Taeji have been dating since 2022, right before Odinary was released. They dote on each other and is often seen connected in some way, whether it be holding hands or Taeji holding Changbin’s biceps. Their love language is definitely physical touch and words of affirmation.

Mini fic- "Taeji opened his eyes to a hard chest. He looks up to see Changbin’s sleepy smile. “good morning, darling.” Taeji smiled back and gave him a small kiss on his jaw. They both got up and headed to their shared bathroom. As they both brush their teeth, Taeji keeps his arm around Changbin’s waist with his head on his shoulder. When they finished, they head to meet Hyunjin in the kitchen for breakfast."

Hyunjin and Taeji spend their time drawing and inspiring each other. They sit on opposite ends of Hyunjin’s room with their respective sketchbooks to draw random things and bounce ideas off each other.

Mini fic- “hyunjin sits at his desk with a small sketchbook in front of him. He lets out a sigh as he looks behind him to his bed. Taeji is laying on his stomach with his own sketchbook in front of him. “Tae.” He hums in response, so Hyunjin continued. “You want ramen?” Taeji instantly jumped up and dragged Hyunjin to the kitchen, with Hyunjin giggling the whole time. They stopped when they saw Changbin, shirtless, eating chicken breast. Taeji grabbed him and pulled him to the kitchen island as Hyunjin cooks 3 packs of ramen. They sit at the island to eat and talk.”

Changbin sits while watching the teacher, but not listening. The only thing in his head was (M/n). He could remember the feeling of his arms around him with his head on his chest. He could remember (M/n)'s steady heartbeat. He let out a small smile as he also remembered his words.

"You can lean on me anytime."

The thought of having him to himself made him go crazy. But his cowardice is keeping him humble. It wasn't that he thought (M/n) was out of his league. He just didn't want to rush anything since he didn't know his feelings yet.

The last bell rang, and Changbin felt a small tap on his shoulder. "Come over?" (M/n) had a hopeful look in his eyes. How could Changbin say no? So, he just gave him a smile as he grabbed his hand.

As they walked, their hands stayed intertwined. There were stolen glances and small giggles coming from both of them as they walked. They made their way to (M/n)'s doorstep and entered quietly in case his parents were home. He saw a small note by the front door saying his parents were at his grandparents for the week, so he pulled Changbin to his room and softly sat him down.

"Can we talk?"

Changbin was afraid of this. He was afraid of the feeling of rejection he might feel. Or maybe it was a positive talk. Maybe he might have a chance. So, risking his heart, he nodded in agreement.

(M/n) crouched down in front Changbin to eye level. There was a soft look in his eyes that made Changbin feel safe. (M/n) softly holds Changbin's hands as he puts on a soft smile. "I'm sorry, I just don't know how to say this," he pauses to think. "I love you." Changbin pauses, then smiles and muster up the courage to slowly lean in. (M/n) meets him halfway as their lips softly meet in a sweet kiss.

(M/n) slowly got up to scoop Changbin into his arms. He slowly laid him down onto the bed. Changbin wrapped his arms around (M/n)'s neck as he collapsed next to him. They became a mess of limbs and kisses.

They held each other. They didn't wanna let go, so they didn't. Their breaths were synced, and their hands roamed. The moment was so soft. Changbin holds (M/n) so tightly that he's afraid that it's too much, but he looks up to see a huge smile on his face. "You're mine now, I hope you know that," (M/n) whispers out. Changbin nuzzled into his shoulder and nodded, tightening his grip. "Thank you," Changbin whispered back. They stayed and reveled in the moment. They were finally together.

The sun shined through the gaps in the curtains. You shift slightly to turn away from it, but you’re stopped by Felix tightening his grip on your waist. A groan was heard as he softly inhaled the scent of your soft, curly hair. “Where are you going, baby?” You chuckle slightly as you wrap your arms back around him. “No where, angel,” you whisper while slowly stroking his back. He looks up at you with the most tired, yet love-filled eyes. He reaches up to comb his fingers through your hair while giving you butterfly kisses all over your face. Felix sighed as he unwraps himself from you to sit up. “You hungry?” You nod and sit up next to him. “I’ll make some breakfast,” you get up with Felix close behind.

You stood in front of the stove with Felix latched onto your waist, slowly stroking it, his face in your hair. He sat his head on your shoulder and watched you cook. He felt so full of love, so he couldn’t help but giggle and kiss you everywhere he could reach. You smile and lean your head against his. He blushed and nuzzled into your neck. "Baby, the food's ready, let's go eat." You set the table and sit in front of Felix. Felix finishes first, so he gets up to stand behind you. His hands run through your hair as you continue eating. You lean into his touch, but he starts slowly braiding and unbraiding your hair.

You finish eating and quickly put the dishes away. You two moved to the couch and watched a random drama. His hands found their way back to your hair. "You really like my hair, don't you?" He simply chuckles and continues running his hands through your curls. You couldn't complain since you loved him. You loved it when he ran his fingers through your long curls. You simply lay your head on his chest, and the combination of his heartbeat and his hands in your hair, you slowly fall asleep. Felix smiled and gave you a small kiss on your head and fell asleep right after you, your bodies tangled in a mess of limbs.

Changbin doesn’t wanna stay home for long, but only has one person to call.

Pt.1

Changbin adjusts the volume of his headphones as the sound of yelling came through. He wanted to text (M/n), but he didn’t wanna sound desperate for an escape. A notification came through as he stared at the screen.

(M/n): wyd rn?

Changbin bites back a smile as he quickly replies.

Changbin: nothing, why?

(M/n): wanna hang out?

Changbin’s smile drops for a moment as he plans an escape. He decides to just use the window, since he’s on the first floor.

Changbin: sure 😊

(M/n): then let’s meet at the cafe by the school

Changbin: I’ll be there

Changbin’s smile returns as he gets ready to shower. After he takes his shirt off though, he catches a glimpse in the mirror. He instantly pauses and stares. He knew he had muscles, but they were covered with a little fat. His arms were big and he didn’t have visible abs. He grabbed at the pudge of his stomach and frowned. He never liked mirrors anyway.

(M/n) sat at a small table by the window so he can see when Changbin walks by. Changbin walks into the cafe and gives him a small smile. “Hi,” (M/n) smiles back. “I know this was a little sudden, but I wanted to see you.” Changbin felt a blush rise up his neck as he fidgets with his large sweater sleeves. “I wanted to wait on you to order anything, but I’ll go get us something.” Changbin nods and watches (M/n) walk over to the counter. He still felt the effects of the mirror, so he wore baggy clothes and didn’t style his hair. He sat, still fidgeting and waiting, until (M/n) came with two glasses of iced americano. Changbin smiles up at him as he sits the glass down. “You okay? I noticed you looked a little down.” He looked up to meet (M/n)’s eyes. “I just needed to get out the house. It was starting to suffocate me.” (M/n) tilts his head in curiosity, “how come,” he says. Changbin sighs out an explanation. “Parents fighting and no escape from it. It starts to get tiring after a while.” “Then come to my place.”

The two boys walk into a warm, cozy home. “I’m home mom, and I have company,” (M/n) lightly yells out. Changbin heard a small response, but couldn’t understand what was said. (M/n) pulls him along to the upstairs into a dimly lit room with led lights and posters on the walls. “Welcome to the dungeon,” (M/n) laughed out. Changbin looks around, taking in every detail for future purposes. (M/n) flops down onto his bed with a sigh and pats the space next to him.

Changbin lays next to him, and his mind instantly felt at ease. There wasn’t any yelling, no mirrors, and no overthinking. Just the feeling of existing in a space that was warm and welcoming. He lets out a small breath and looks over to (M/n), who was already looking at him with the biggest heart eyes. He reaches up to move a hair from his face, and accidentally brushes Changbin’s cheek. He unconsciously leans his head into (M/n)’s hand. (M/n) was surprised at first, but his face quickly softened as he strokes his cheek slightly. “Can I… lean on you?” Instead of an answer, (M/n) just pulled Changbin into his chest, and cuddled him. “You can lean on me anytime.”

The sound of rustling papers and a long lecture filled changbin’s ears as he stared in front of him. The teacher went on about history while he listened and jotted down little notes. In the back corner of the class sat a quiet boy that only looks at Changbin, but can never speak to him. (M/n) had hearts in his eyes as he daydreamed about a life with Changbin. Marriage, kids, a home. A small silent giggle came out as he layed his head down to hide his blush.

The last bell rang, and as students rushed through the door, (M/n) sat quietly. He always waits until the room empties to avoid the crowd. Changbin was putting some last minute notes in his notebook. As he was putting his notebook away into his bag, he sees a boy in a loose band tee looking at him. A look of shock passed through the boy as he looked away. Changbin decides to ignore it and leaves. (M/n) lets out a sigh of relief as he also leaves shortly behind.

(M/n) puts on his headphones and blasts his favorite song to drown out the dissipating crowd. He walks through the large doors, but when he’s halfway down the path, he feels a small tap on his shoulder. When he turns, he sees his shorter crush in front of him. “Hi, umm… I was going back to ask the teacher something, and I saw you left this.” Changbin holds out his copy of ‘Uzamaki.’ (M/n)’s eyes widened slightly as he grabs the book from him. “Oh, thanks,” he gives a slight nod as he puts the book into his bag. “Umm… well, I have to go.” Before Changbin could fully turn, (M/n) grabbed his hand. He doesn’t know where the confidence came from, but he was glad it was there. “Could I… get your number?”

(M/n) flopped onto his bed with a smile as he looked at his contact list. He decided to take initiative and text first.

(M/n): hi 🤭

He stared at his screen until he got a reply.
