It actually is even worse. As his real name is Taka, which translates to Dirt, Garbage. So yes, they looked at their son the moment he was born and declared him garbage. It’s no wonder Scar hates the pride rock and Mufasa, he obviously wasn’t wanted by his family.

After receiving the scar on his eye, he himself wished to be called Scar.

No wonder Scar was the villain in The Lion King… they literally called him “Scar” because he had… a scar… Presumably he had a given name like all the other lions, but no, he gets called “Scar” forever like that’s like calling a disabled person “wheelchair” (um excuse me my name is dave?) or someone with acne “crater face” (actually my name is Janice…), but not like once in a while, like FOREVER. Like that obvious physical characteristic is their name henceforth WTF.

Goretober - Day 5 - Amputation

Random guy isn’t getting a pause, poor guy. Had to rush this one a bit, because I had a long work day and didn’t have much time to draw. But, I made another day! Character & Art are mine

Goretober - Day 3 - Surgery Didn’t make this one gory, as I think the idea of getting an unwanted surgery done while being fully by your senses is a disgusting thought. Especially if you can see what will be used next on your body. Character & Art are mine

Goretober - Day 2 - Multiple Eyes The theme today is not really gore related, so I tried to make it more creepy. [This creature, in desperate search for eyes of its own, will forcefully and brutally remove the eyes of any that dare to stare into its black eyeless eye sockets. Envious of others capability to see, it well then take the eyes of those that "mocked" it by starring at it, and place these eyes onto its own body. The eyes it takes from others, will however, never give this creature the sight it wishes for, as the eyes lose their ability to see as soon as they touch the body of the creature. So the cycle of wanting and taking eyes will go on for all eternity for this being. Freshly added eyes, will keep the expression of the original owner shortly before their eyes were taken...] Creature & Art are mine
