Hey did y'all ever think about that if doctors blame all fat people's medical issues on them being too fat without proper investigation and then feel justified in neglecting their medical concerns, then statistically more fat people WILL develop and potentially die from serious health issues and it might not actually be because of the fat when everything comes down to it

saying suicide is "a permanent solution to a temporary problem" as a reason not to do it is stupid. your problem may only be temporary because life is temporary. i mean, why don't we say all tattoos are temporary? we eventually die and our flesh rots off, no more tattoo. because that would be fucking stupid. if your problem is going to be persistent through your life and never get significantly better, it's a permanent problem. you just don't like my solution because it makes you uncomfortable. when you talk about suicide, suddenly everyone wants to take away your agency and autonomy. i'm not suddenly a fucking baby because i want to end my constant suffering that WLL NOT get better.

Shoutout to the two coworkers today who casually announced that they were voting for Trump, then asked me who I was voting for. I told them "I did early voting, and I voted for the candidate who isn't going to make it harder for me to exist as a trans person" and both of these women had to awkwardly try and assure me that it wasn't personal, and it's not like they hated Harris or anything, they actually do like some things about her, and they definitely don't hate me, of course not, it's just that, you know, well, it's like, well, you know, it's just, like, and no matter how many times they tried to pass the shovel off to me, I just let them hold onto it
