ᯓᡣ𐭩 no one in the palace not even melanthius himself know how does he manage to pull you, you were so different from him, you were kind, energric, gentle and easy going, unlike him so no one really see what did you see in him..

ᯓᡣ𐭩 when you first start talking with him and spend more time around him he thought you were just messing with him, pitying him, and that you're talking to everyone so he's probably not anything special, and you'll get bored of him easily.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 but (un)fortunately that wasn't the case. you didn't stop hanging around him, being kind to him no matter how rude and pushy he was.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 at first he brush it off, thinking you're probably like this with everyone, that he's just like everyone else to you. and even with that he couldn't help but have soft spot for you. probably keeping all the suitors away from me, not wanting them to take advantage of your bubbly and kind personality.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 the suitors (especially that fucking snake) quickly noticed his protection over you and start using it against him, teasing him everytime they get. calling you specifically to do things for them like pouring them win and stuff to get on his nerves, but what can he do? you're a maid and that's your job, to serve them.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 even his sister start teasing him about how much protective he is over you and he should just grow a pair and tell you about his feelings, he quickly shut her up telling he's not protective nor does he has feelings for you, he's sister just smirk and said "sure sure."

ᯓᡣ𐭩 when you finally build a courage to tell him about your feelings for him he just stare at you for few seconds in shocked before crossing his arms. "did you lose a bet? or did the suitors pay you to tease me." he just scoffed, after all he's nothing like you, why would you like him.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 it took you at least hours convincing him that's how you truly feel about him and that no one has pay you or has you lost to say this and it's just your honest feelings. even with that he didn't believe you, you eventually had to kiss to slap some sense into him.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 when you kiss him so suddenly he was strock, looked at you with grumpy face as he was as red as an apple. but your kisses seem to awaken something im him as he pulled you in for another one.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 congratulations! now you're dating the rat servant of the palace!

ᯓᡣ𐭩 even his sister who's been teasing him endlessly did not expect you two to actually get together let alone YOU being the one to confess first, either way she was happy that her brother found something to love him. no matter how different you are.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 the suitors were shocked too but they found it hilarious how the bubbly kind maid get with the grumpy old servant, amphinomus was the only one who was genuinely happy for him.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 now on the other hand, eurymachus wasn't so happy about this, he hated tye fact that beautiful and kind girl like you get with the ugly grumpy man. he was rotting for y'all down fall fr.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 whenever you came to serve them he'll just stare at you and straight up say "you so beautiful for melanthius, you could do so much better yk?" and you'll just give him an awkward smile as you slip yourself from him away as soon as possible.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 at first melanthius thought that this relationship won't last long and you'll leave him as soon as possible or get tired of him. but when ut continue and you continue to showing him your love he soften up a little.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 even tho sometimes melanthius could be a bit controlling, after all he loves an obedient woman who'll do as he said he try not to overdo it , after all he doesn't want you to leave him, no matter how much he thought you would.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 he's kinda jealousy, specially when you talk to someone he knows is better than him, after all he doesn't want you to leave him for someone or even worse a suitor, you have to remind him that you only love him and would never leave him.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 "not even for the prince?" "the... prince? wh- huh? babe you really think I'd choose the prince over you?" "..." "of course you did.."

ᯓᡣ𐭩 if you kissed him suddenly infornt anyone like the suitors he'll quickly get red shooting you a glare but if it's in private... well let's say something else would happened!!

how about an argument with mira? we know how she has some sorta of angry issues or smth so imagine them getting in a fight about mira thinking her girlfriend (us) hiding something from her and we hit her with "not everything about your insecurity mira!". we don't break up but like stop seeing and mainly ignoring each other until rumi and zoey push us into talking again

You never meant to take the argument too far.

You don’t even remember what the argument was about, just something about Mira thinking you are hiding something from her.

Mira has always had anger and abandonment issues, and these types of arguments, while not common, still happen every now and then. But this was the first time you used her insecurities against her.

You immediately regretted the words that came out of your mouth when you saw the hurt on Mira's face, but you didn’t apologize, too prideful and hurt that she even believed that you were hiding something from her.

While the argument thankfully didn’t result in a break up, the two of you haven’t spoken nor spent time with each other since, which was killing both of you but neither of you reached out first, too hurt and prideful to apologize.

Rumi and Zoey were honestly starting to get annoyed by it. They could see how much the two of you have been affected by not talking to each other, and the two know neither of you meant what you said. Rumi and Zoey hatched a plan to make you and Mira talk to each other and resolve the awkward tension between the two of you.

The plan wasn’t anything elaborate—just a forced group hangout with no escape. Rumi dragged you out under the excuse of “helping her pick something for her room,” and Zoey convinced Mira with the promise of food. You didn’t even realize she’d be there until you walked in and saw her.

It was awkward. You both kept your eyes on anything that wasn’t each other. Rumi and Zoey kept nudging conversation like it wasn’t obvious what they were doing. Eventually, they both “left to get drinks” and didn’t return.

You two were alone. You could feel Mira’s gaze on you, but you still didn’t look at her. It wasn’t until she sighed that you finally lifted your eyes. She looked tired, more sad than angry, and so painfully unsure.

Neither of you said sorry first. But the moment you started talking, it all began spilling out. Quiet voices. Small apologies. And soon enough the two of you were back to your normal selves, not even noticing Rumi and Zoey high-fiving in the distance.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 when you first call him that he was too stunned to speak. did he years deceive him or did his lover, his love, his heart , his life just call him by the neck name that his mother's suitors used to mock him..

ᯓᡣ𐭩 he stared at you for hot minute until the creeps start going up your spine. on the other hand Telemachus was wondering whenever you meant as casual petname or mockery.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 after that you explain to him how you meant it in petname kinda of way because you thought it was cute rather than mockery, he never felt relieved before.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 when you start calling him that he felt kinda of weirded out at first, the names the suitors use to mock him in since forever never sounds so.. loving, so soft and so comforting before.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 something about the way you say it sounds much different than those suitors say it. it's not mockery, it's not teasing and it's not for laughs. it's loving, caring, as if you meant it as praise rather than a joke.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 in the end Telemachus felt more happier whenever you called him that, it feel much kinder in your soft tone rather than those dirty dogs calling themselves suitors.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 when the suitors knew they we're PISSED!! now the insult they use against the prince to mock him is no longer working because of you! he doesn't get riled up every time he hears it, he doesn't try to attack them when they call him that instead he just blush at the idea of you calling him that . they try to come up with new one but nothing felt like "little wolf" and now because of you it's a compliment, great job!

ᯓᡣ𐭩 his mother thought it's funny that you turn her son biggest insult into cute petname, she absolutely love you for it.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 after you start calling him little wolf Telemachus try to do the same to you by calling you similar pet names so you two could match, like: little lamp, little dove, little fox, little (your favorite animal), and you call each other that all the time the palace got sick of it.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 and of course, no one is allowed to calm him that expect you, you're special to him, you're his everything. if someone else call him that he'll tell them to stop and not call him that, but when you do it? he runs to you like a desperate puppy.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 and oh oh if you call him your little wolf? he's already on his knees ready to give you his life. anything and everything you need. just put 'my' in front of any petname you use oh him and he's ready to go to war for it.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 he tells Athena all about it and she's already sick of him. every time they train and he bring this up Athena just turn into her owl form abd run away, she might have helped ody w pene and maybe even him w you but she's no Aphrodite and she will not sit and hear him Yap about his lover calling him "little wolf".
