Hi, y’all

Just a little update on life.

Trying to finish a commission (or two) and work on some side project character art for another author.

Writing has been put on the back burner for a while, but there isn’t an hour that passes when I’m not thinking of my book babies 🥺 I miss them so much.

With Seeing In Gray, I’m stuck somewhere in the last quarter of the book, unsure how to proceed while also trying not to go back and start editing, which is a toxic writer trait I have when I’m not even finished with the manuscript. I’ve yet to introduce the antagonist nor the plot twist and everything feels messy atm 😩

As for my secret title shapeshifter novella, it’s turned into a novel because I’ve exceeded 25k and I realized I have A LOT more I have to say as always 😂 It’s kind of stuck floating in my brain right now because I need to think of major plotting/main story scenarios and do more research on Taos’ culture. Writing a fiction about Indigenous peoples requires so much care and I don’t want to fuck it up.

Finally, my little babe of a novella idea I have, is still only in my head but it’s really starting to come together because I’m picking pieces like a puzzle and figuring it out. I can’t wait to start showing this one to you 🤍

Hey, hi, hello. This is my introduction. ♥︎

When I'm not working on my writing or shoving my face into a sketchbook, I'm busy chasing around my children at home. I'm an avid animal lover and animal hoarder. Hi, I'm officially a crazy cat lady.

I like all things spooky, esp ghost-themed, hence my debut novel WIP, Seeing In Gray. I love to explore abandoned buildings, (respectfully), visit ghost towns, and dabble in amateur photography. I also enjoy playing video games. Visual novels/otome are my favorite, but I also find myself obsessing over ACNH, SDV, Mortal Kombat, DDLV, and Red Dead Redemption.

While my writing themes haven't delved too deep into the "dark" romance category, that is one of my favorite genres to read, also including fantasy and paranormal. I dip into contemporary occasionally as a palette cleanser haha. Some of my favorites are ACOTAR, Goddess of Light, Come Out Come Out, OUABH, Death's Obsession, and Reckless.

I hope you continue to follow me on my writing journey and possibly, stick around for the art as well. Excuse my random goblin posting while I rot in bed, my double chin visible only by the dim lighting of my electronic screen.
